Company messes you about! AVOID
i was suposed to get my delivery last friday it never came so i called them they said there is a delay with the warehouse. on monday i recieved the floor protection but not the swimming pool so i called them again they said the pool is out of stock order another one which i did and delivery was suposed to be today i called to check on it and they are again telling me that this pool is also unavalible!

Terrible
Terrible. I ordered on the 20th July, My order never came. I requested a new one sent, they didnt even do that so I requested a refund. The refund I am sitting waiting on a long time and they told me 3-5 days and to this date its still not even processed. I dont even know when I will get my money back. They dont answer emails too well. Calling them seems useless as now I have to wait again to find out when I get my money back and why they are holding on to it.

Should be renamed All Round Rubbish
Should be renamed All Round Rubbish. Poor quality goods, poor customer service awful company to deal with. Ordered a rattan set 3 weeks ago that came damaged. 3 weeks later still awaiting a replacement. They fabricate and contradict themseves each time you call so dont ever expect to get damaged items exchanged. If i want a refund im being told it needs to go in a box even though the box had to be broken to get through my front door. Not expecting a refund or for a courier to even collect the goods. Will be taking them to trading standards. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
