I placed an order with them, I had to contact them several times about tracking information which I still didn’t receive until a day or two before delivery. Bearing in mind this order stated 2-4 days delivery. It took them almost two weeks before I received my order. And when I received details of the order, I wasn’t able to track it anyway.

I have to say i was a little apprehensive after placing my order based on reviews post order. But what can i say! Item delivered as expected and on the communicated delivery date as had to come straight from the supplier which was communicated on purchase. I did order the wrong one and contacted to return but seemed a bit of faff as seller needed to communicate with supplier, so in the end i decided to keep the item and is fabulous. Thankyou. Great price also with a first time buyer 15% discount

I was scammed by this company back in 2021. I pre-ordered a toddler bed set that was never delivered, and despite chasing it up, I never received a refund. When I contacted them, they claimed they had gone into administration. I also couldn’t recover my money through the bank as too much time had passed. It was beyond the 120-day limit. It’s now 2025 and I’m still out of pocket. The situation caused me a lot of stress at the time, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this company if you don’t want to risk being scammed.

I am so grateful to Nicky who spotted a mismatch of sizes for the cot bed and mattress I’d ordered. She explained my options carefully and was super helpful with cot bed suggestions. Each time I spoke with her she was so helpful. Excellent service. Thank you. I should add how happy I am with the cot bed and mattress. They are perfect for my 7month old grandson.

Don't order a pram and expect it to arrive on time, I was given 2- 4 days delivery, came on the 14th day , I would call and message the shop to be told different things not good enough when left without a car seat etc . Once finally arrived pram is absolutely perfect, the store needs to look into changing delivery dates online and a quicker delivery response as staff told me this happens all the time, and one more thing not 1 appogy just excuses

Terrible customer service, lack of communication.
Wouldn't cancel my order, then didn't advise on when it would be delivered. Mybabiie advised they had not recieved any email or number for myself to get intouch with.
Quick to take your money however aftercare is none existent and still awaiting a email about my refund inwhich was collected 5 days ago and I have heard nothing from them although I have emailed them.
Luckily enough Mybabiie have been great and collected for free due to Precious little ones inconvenience caused. I am just waiting on my full refund now.

Not the best service.
Called store to see if they had a pram instore so I could see the exact colour.
Was advised they do not stock it which is a shame as it's so helpful to see the colour in person and also to have a push around see if it's suitable ect...
So I ordered it however realised due to my learning difficulties I ordered incorrectly. Emailed to cancel they advised that couldn't be done.
Makes sense as they do not cover the cost to return.
Or charge 20% for restocking fee.
Clearly just about the money instead of helping people.
Such a shame really.

Was really surprised at the price of this travel system. It was really easy to order and arrived pretty quickly.
One part was missing (the onboard temperature gauge). Got in touch with them straight away, and they are sending it out.
