Trampoline came & was sent back the following day. 4 weeks later I am still awaiting my refund. I am taking it to citizens advice & hoping they can help me.
Disgusting company. Do not do busy with them.

Ordered st evening called next morning to swap colour - they did abd shipped same day and arrived the next day. Product great and as advertised. Very happy.

Quick delivery, swing exactly as described and easily set up. We bought it for our great granddaughter and she loves it.

I bought a parasol base of which the description stated that it was a "pack of 4". When it came there were 4 parts in the box, so I thought the description might be incorrect. And for the price I paid I wasn't expecting 4 bases, but I contacted them anyway and got another 3 bases sent out. Great service and great item!!

It was so easy to buy (at a great price) and was delivered when it was due. My husband will put it up to replace the girls old plum metal swing set. We hope this will last much longer.

Would give zero stars if possible.
Trampoline came with missing parts and were not able to assemble it. 3 weeks gone and still waiting for missing parts. Terrible customer service. Not recommending buying from this company.

If £30 is all that can be offered then you can have them back, you can arrange pick up but they are being sent back in the condition they dropped them off in.

My comments in the email for customer service will reflect this.

Disgraceful quality of service and delivery and quality of product.

To ask me to package the items in a suitable condition when they were delivered to me in a disgraceful and damaged condition plus missing items. In all honesty I am appalled.

I will be leaving them in the same position appalling condition and in the same damaged packaging as it arrived.

Absolutely disgraceful.

Do not buy from this company.
Placed an order for £449.92 on 31st July. Received an email the following day saying that my payment had not passed their payment providers security checks, so they would cancel the order and issue a refund.
The money was taken from my bank account on the 31st July but as of 18th August I have still not been issued a refund. I have emailed them and phoned three times, always with the same response " Will pass it on to their finance department. I have now had to contact my bank to recover the money. I will also be contacting trading standards as I feel this is a fraudulent act.

Purchased a Porto Companion Set for my friend's 60th birthday gift (Teuntje Van Staalduinen), which arrived in very poor condition - poor build quality and finishing.

Pictures of the defected product were sent to your Customer Services Staff (Tom) and it was returned. A refund was agreed by Charlotte on August 2nd, with a 3-5 day refund window, making it the 7th. I have searched my credit card statement and this refund has still not been received!!

I chased you up on Sunday August 14th...and received no reply to this, save the automated email.

I emailed again this evening for an urgent response - by tomorrow August 18th. If I do not receive one, I will arrange for my credit card company to recover the £143.78.

After this experience, I will never use your services again.

Ordered a Toulouse bottle rattan bistro set and was charged an extra £50 delivery surcharge to have the items delivered to Northern Ireland. This delivery should have taken a maximum of 10 days. It took 30 days. A diabolical service from this company. This company is extremely hard to contact when things go wrong. No refund of additional delivery charge offered. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a Christmas novelty santa They said it would be delivered in 2 days then I got a email saying it would be 5 days then I phoned they said it is in the warehouse some were I said you have had a week to find it but they did not seem to bothered I said I will have my money back £40 they said we will issue a refund 4 weeks later after many phone calls still not got my money back They say they can only email finances but finances don't email back. So it looks like I will have to go to see a solicitor to take them to court I recomend you do not buy any thing from them because if you do and have to send it back or as in my case you can NOT GET YOUR MONIES BACK don't how a company like this survives

Bought 2 filtres for Bestway swimming pool pump filters.Never received items.At first got a message about delivery delays ,after week still not received it.Texted customer services and got an answer-item out of stock and I will get refund in 5 working days.Already two weeks,but still not refunded.Few times emailed customer services,but no answer.
Made a claim through my bank...
