It’s advertised that you can expect your delivery in 2-3 days and all orders placed before 1pm are shipped same day. I placed an order last night and it has not shipped after a full day. I messaged customer service and I’m told 24-48hrs for processing and 3-5 days for delivery. I ordered specifically from them because of what they advertise about their shipping. Customer service is not offering a solution, overnight shipping, refund, discount, etc.. Basically just telling me it is what it is.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The order arrived on time and well packaged. The wines we've tried so far are exquisite. Also, I must mention that the discount I received was fantastic.
I recently decided to give Wine Insiders a try after receiving one of their promotional offers through my American Express Card. Their website website is indeed attractive and the promise of a 45% discount on my first order was a big draw . However; In the excitement of selecting my wines. I genuinely forgot to apply the discount code at checkout
When I realized my mistake. I reach out to their customer service team, hoping for straightforward fix. Unfortunately, the process became more complicated than expected. Despite clearly showing the original promotion email to the agent I was chatting with, I felt the resolution was needlessly difficult. In the end I was left quite disappointed.
I want to be fair the wines themselves might be great, but the customer service experience didn’t match the initial promise. While I understand that mistakes happen, I would have appreciated a more accommodating approach for a first time customer. As a result I’m not inclined to order again..
Especially when it comes to honoring their own advertised promotions.

We tried to order wine from the Wine Insider website. We were having problems in doing so. We called Customer Service and they completed and handled the order for us to our complete satisfaction!
Eulia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure that I was able to fulfill as much of my order as was in stock.

I sent this wine as a birthday gift to my step-mom. Later that day I get a text message from her informing me that she had moved 2 months ago. I panicked then quicklycalled the Wine insiders customer service number. I did not have the order number but the 5 star customer service guy you d my order and was able to quickly change the shipping address and hewas so friendly and nice. I cannot rate the wine itself since it was a gift sent to a different State but Wine inside customer service is 5 star all the way.

Wine Insiders Rep was knowledgeable and immediately helpful in changing the wine delivery from my home to a Walgreens (sitting around waiting for FEDEX is quite a bother).
Wines are good and inexpensive - have been a customer for over 10 years!

I had contacted Wine Insiders when I had an issue with FedEx mishandling and damaging our shipment. Spoke with both Cha & Jonel about the matter. Also provided them with additional info from my end. Once FedEx acknowledged the damage on their end, Jonel quickly reached out to me and initiated a replacement order. This wine shipment was a GIFT from my sister-in-law and Jonel responded in order to make our experience a pleasant one. Thank you for all of your assistance.

We ordered 14 bottles on a great sale and received them less than 30 hours later! Their service is exceptional. Been ordering for more than 8 years. Always pleased with the selection. Once we didn't care for a bottle and were credited for it, no questioned asked.

I experienced some of the same website issues as the reviewer RK on the same day. These issues were 1. When I got to the payment page it said that "This store can't accept payments right now." Refreshing the page by going back to the wine selections did not help. It even asked me to submit my email address and age and log in again even though it was logged in. This happened multiple times before the problem stopped. 2. Four time I got to the payment page I was informed that one of my wines was not available with the statement "This product is not available for delivery to your location." Going back to order a replacement only triggered the problem in #1 when I when back to the payment page. Eventually the payment page started to work. However, the other issue was that I was ordering a case with the promotion of a free magnum advertised as a 50-dollar item after ordering 14 bottles. After all, the back and forth and website problems the magnum bottle disappeared from the order list. It was then too late in the day to call them, so I placed the order and called them first thing in the morning when they opened. I was told it was too late to add the magnum and all they could do was to give me a 20-dollar store credit. The right thing to do would have been to send a magnum separately. As with RK, I was told to "empty my cache". Perhaps the best thing is to develop better software, so these things don't happen. Can you imagine a major retailer with these types of software issues? It's no way to keep customers happy.

I attempted to order 3 cases of wine. Initially the PayPal button would simply refresh without placing the order. I called and was told that the 1 case lot I ordered was not available. I saw no notice of this on my computer. She told me to try a different wine, I did with the same results. I logged out and logged back in and that screen stated that "This store can't accept payments right now." I then called and was told that everything was available, maybe I should restart my computer and empty my cache. I eventually logged back in and tried another form of payment. I then got a notice "This product is not available for delivery to your location." and I should "Change delivery address or remove unavailable item." I am frustrated, the site should have notified me about these problems while I was creating the order.

When I called to complain that one of my selections tasted old, I was offered a refund or store credit that were both satisfactory. I chose the store credit option and will apply it to a future purchase.
