FedEx damaged the delivery and therefore stated they could not deliver my wine. I called the next day and received excellent service. The agent confirmed the damage and resent my order.

I accidentally ordered the mystery box. I sent an email and within two minutes they responded with taking care of it. I called them to discuss with a nice man who answered the phone and he verified it was canceled and he helped me re-order my original 11 bottles. Best customer service in any business I’ve dealt with for a very long time. I’ve been a member for several early years and I appreciate all that you do.

Recently I made an order for Valentines Day and due to the very bad weather on the east coast delivery became an enormous challenge. WineInsiders staff was very helpful and especially Rosie who monitored the delivery thru lots of difficulties and was finally able to make it all work out thru dedication and follow thru. As a loyal customer for many years, I am always delighted in the available selections (yet sad to see my favorites sell out!). 5 stars on all counts.

When my order was delivered to Dollar General and the store was suddenly closed because of a gas leak and due to be closed for several weeks, Wine Insiders' resent my order delivered to an accessible site. I have not yet received it, but it's due soon. They went out of their way to assure a timely arrival for my wine, which othwise might have been trapped in the closed store for who knows how long.

Fortunately, the extensive list was still available and they were able to complete my order, with full apologies for the online error. My original package was lost by FedEx as the location where package was dropped no longer accepts Fed Ex packages.
Aldrin in customer service was polite , professional and extremely accommodating.

Tried to cancel a shipment prior to order (within hours of notification of a new quarterly shipment) and customer service refused even though the shipment was not due to ship for a week. They then wanted to get a restocking fee even though the agent confirmed nothing had been packaged yet. Not a trustworthy company.

You get what you pay for. My intro delivery contained a variety but all were rated in the 3-point range and nothing stood out. I would expect to have at least one bottle that had higher ratings or was from a better known vineyard. Probably will not reorder as better selection at Binny's, I know extra hassle to go to the store but their salespeople know their wines for any budget.
