Agreed to purchase Apollo SE with table & upgrade to the Extra Insulated model - both free of charge sales incentives.
Delivery date pushed back despite being 'in stock' and eventually tub delivered at 10pm fully dark, full payment by bank transfer demanded before unloading.
Tub commissioned with Phone torches. Noticed when sides off there was no insulation and fitters confirmed this was the basic hot tub. Immediately contacted WWS. (Table arrived)
Since then I have been fobbed off with a) offers of Foil wrap insulation, b) told I should never have been offered the free insulation upgrade and c) most recently I'm told what I have is insulated - No it isn't, I have had this independently verified.
I am writing this review a few months since purchase as I had hoped C/Card company would sort this, but that process rumbles on and I wouldn't want others to be caught out how I have, next process is small claims court as WWS refuse to replace with what I ordered or collect and refund.
This tub has no insulation when I wanted the extra insulated version with the option to later also add foil wrap insulation, if needed. WWS have NO customer service phone number - alarm bells should have rang? Sales chat avenues do not respond after you purchase. Emails go unanswered. The company tries to make out that I am confused but I am not stupid and am very clear about what I was offered and ordered and have transcripts of all of the sales chats. This is not insulated, meaning it is impractical to run and heat and not fit for purpose. WWS have offered a gesture of a free service and foil wrap insulation, but that is not what I ordered. If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are only interested in sales & have no interest in helping when something goes wrong. From a Hot tub forum I already found 2 other customers who were promised insulated tubs by WWS but were sent the base model - I'm guessing there are more. I feel I have been scammed - AVOID, AVOID AVOID
Great service from start to finish great advice on which spa to buy ,excelled in delivery date to suit us due to working long hours ,delivery guys superb kept us updated on delivery time and spot on with delivery time , shown how everything works,can’t praise this company enough ,followed through on everything that was promised , highly recommended.

Absolutely sterling customer service from start to finish I got myself a bargain. Turned up fast on time and exactly when they said it would. Small deposit rest when installed. N lads who brought it absolutely top work gave me plenty of tips. Was all done just over 1 hour Very polite lads. Would highly recommend. Thanks a lot lads kids love it too

WARNING! This company is a fraud! Bought a Hot Tub in August. Within 2 weeks continuous brown stains running from the headrest holes. 2 weeks later the jets malfunctioned. No response from Wild Water Spas- apart from advice to try and fix things ourselves. Taking legal action. Had the unmitigated gall to charge us £300 for delivery too!
From start to finish the process and communication has been great. The team over WhatsApp were super helpful even later into the evening and happy to answer any questions. The Cobalt hot tub is perfect for my wife and I and looks very smart and sturdy as well as being simple to use. Harry the driver and tub installer was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Can’t recommend him enough as well as the company. 10/10.

Brilliant company, couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Very easy and professional experience with all pre sales questions answered promptly. Good value when compared to other companies and offered full installation of the hot tub and heat pump with no hidden extras. Jamie delivered and installed the tub on his own and did a great job setting it all up. Would recommend.

Do not buy from these cowboys. Bought hot tub 2years ago for my disabled son. This was suppose to be a positive buy, to help him as he is a wheelchair user. They came out and fixed it twice on the condition I removed my bad reviews I posted last year. They advertise great LIFETIME warranty but they change it to a years warranty after issues arise. My hot tub is leaking over night, the jets have started to come out too hard also it's a safety issue!! I will be taking this further this time! The owner is now threatening me and not answering me, so angry getting treated like this

I have written 5 star reviews on Google and Facebook but never got round to Trust pilot. My initial 5 star review is still valid based on my pre sales experience leading up to delivery. This company was excellent.
However, I would write a further review rated at 2 stars based on my after sales experience trying to resolve issues. On the date of delivery (2 June 2023), I identified an issue with my Bluetooth speakers and it took until 12 June to agree there was a fault and the unit needed to be replaced. It’s now 4 September and I am still waiting. I have found myself chasing and following up, being promised timely updates and not receiving them.
I did receive a random message that someone would come out on a bank holiday which wasn’t via the normal communication channel, but I declined this as I wasn’t available (short notice) and have yet to receive any further update.
If you are unfortunate to have issues after delivery, be aware the experience may not be as great as the pre sales experience.
As a result, I am averaging this rating between the two experiences at 3 stars.
Easy order, quick turn around.
As soon as my order was processed I had a date for delivery and they updated me right up until the day! The installers were very thorough and helpful with any questions I had, very happy with the hot tub, would definitely recommend.
Sales team were brilliant (tom) very helpful with all my needs and the hot tub is terrific I couldn't be more pleased with wild water spas.Also the engineer taj was amazing,and couldn't do any more for me and his assistant also,i couldn't have met a more pleasant and mannerable couple of guys.thank you for everything

Easy to order and delivery arranged at a convenient time. Our delivery driver was great, arriving in the evening and setting everything up thoroughly in the rain! Fantastic service, he really gave 110% 👍
Really helpful sales people explained all the details and technical issues we needed to know before purchasing. Good selection of spas as a range of price points, with plenty of useful free items included. We chose a hot tub and matching heat pump. The tub was reduced in price and the heat pump half list price so overall cost was reasonable (it's still a significant investment though, so always ask questions and go your homework). Out chosen tub was sold out, so we were offered a similar layout one, although with higher spec, for a small extra cost. Delivery and installation were free. We had to send a video showing access route onto our property and through our garden. Installers are from a third party company but were great. They do loads of installations all over the UK. We were their last job of the day and they had to work in the dark and heavy rain, but still remained cheerful and did a great job, installing and testing the tub, which is pretty easy to use.
I was originally sceptical due to finding the company on Facebook, but I am so glad we did. Excellent service from start to finish and great value. Our spa is fantastic, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub, good value and great service.

Got my hot tub on 3rd Aug and they delivery guys were fab.. unpacked and stayed until the tub was filled and set up, then talked us through the chemicals ect
Dunno where to start with these guys.
So wanted a hot tub on finance , found these guys online , at first all seemed ok .
Communication was good .was contacted a few weeks before and asked to send a video of the location it was going , it was then we where told it wouldn’t fit and we would need a crane , again this didn’t really bother us it is what it is .
It was then all the problems started ,
We found a crane guy who offered to do the job for us , however we needed an exact time as we are on a main road so the crane couldn’t do this to late . We where only given a rough time , we gave the hot tub company our crane guys name and number as we where away, the crane guy rang the hot tub company panicking saying they couldn’t be no later then 3, to be told although they where installing that day they didn’t know who they where and new nothing about a crane , which was strange cus I’d spoke to them in the morning .
I was literally on and off the phone all day to this hot tub company. They had no phone number for there own driver so couldn’t liaise with the crane guy. I found this unbelievable .
Eventually the hot tub turned up far later than expected , crane guy gave them a mouthful as did I , nothing really bad just told them there communication was shi*E really.
Anyway the hot tub goes over the house I then received a text saying engineer would be there , within two hours .
4.5 hours later he turned up , then we where told we don’t have the right socket for the hot tub ,literally didn’t fit a thing no straps or nothing left all the boxes outside on top in the rain and left , apparently this was done so the lid didn’t blow off, dunno why he couldn’t install the lid properly didn’t need electricity for that.
This could now not be installed . Apparently it’s in the small print however they advertise free installation so we assumed this was all in as we where not told anything different.
Some hot tubs are plug and play , I’m not a spark but if they are advertising free installation you should be told this .
I had to get my own spark to now fit a socket .
Again I contacted these guys . Which by the way there is no phone number , it’s all done by watsapp , tried by email three times which they say is there best way but again no one got back to me .
Again I’m livid at this point , got back on watsapp and told them there service had been poo , to pick up there hot tub and take it back as far as I’m concerned , absolute nightmare from the off.
I was now stuck with a hot tub that I’d paid to crane over costing nearly £600 that didn’t work .
Eventually these guys got back to me and said they didn’t like it that myself and the crane driver had been abusive , not really abusive a few swears here and there but as anyone can understand we had both had a shocking experience.
They then informed me that because I had sworn at them it was now going to be £200 for installation which i will now have to wait a further two weeks for .
Absolutely gobsmacked but backed into a corner and had no choice really, they told me I could pay for my own electrician to finish the install but as I explained to them it wasn’t just electrics. Nothing had been installed , not even straps or the lid correctly and all parts had just been left out for two weeks.
Two weeks passed the , I messaged them the day before to ask them for a time slot to be told I’d be messaged on the day ,
9.45 the next day and nothing , I text them and was told they message at half ten with time slots which was a lie as last time they messaged at 8.30 , (which makes more sense )sent them proof but was ignored .
Then gets a text saying the guys would be there between 17.30 and 19.30 .
Gets another text from hot tub company at 4pm saying they are running late . Sometimes happens and did I want it installing the next day.
I told them I’m away the next day to which they said that’s fine .
The engineers turned up at 10.45 at night ,asked was the hottub filled , I replied no , as I wasn’t told to do so so he filled it up eh I was taking forever .
I asked why they where so late , he said it was only booked in today , yer we booked two weeks before , apparently hot tub company said it was only booked that morning , again no idea why ,
There engineers then told me the hot tub had been put in the wrong way round , as the drainer should be the other side said he’d come back in a few weeks and move it. He then told he the wire wasn’t long enough although our electrician had don exactly what the hot tub company had told us to do .
We then had to all spin the hot tub in the dark whilst half full of water .
Eventually an hour later the guys left ,
Woke up this morning as it was pitch black last night and the hot tub is grey but they have sent brown steps.
Spoke to them again who just told me to email . I’ve since had a response saying they don’t don’t have to specify what colour the steps are , just need to supply them , there account is a lot different from what really happened . AVOID AT
ALL COSTS !!!!!!! AWFUL
