Excellent service from ordering to delivery by Tony and Neal. They made sure the installation went smoothly and gave us detailed instructions on the tubs use. Highly recommend.

Had the tub installed today by Tony and Leighton who did an excellent job and explained everything to me about how to maintain the chemical balance etc. I’m looking forward to tomorrow when I can start using it.

Hayden has just completed our first annual service on the hot tub. He was punctual, polite and efficient and has made the tub look like new again. Excellent service again from H2O and from Hayden in particular today.

Hayden came this morning to service our hot tub. He was really friendly and helpful. Explaining everything to us as it's our 1st hot tub and we were unsure about a few things. He fully drained and emaculatly cleaned it and sorted any problems out for us . Thanks again Hayden you have made us happy now we can use our hot tub.

Absolutely fantastic service from H2O! A huge thank you to Simon and Neal, who travelled all the way up to Edinburgh, Scotland, to deliver and install our new hot tub.

Both were incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, talked us through how to use and maintain the hot tub, and made sure we were completely happy and confident with everything before they left.

Nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear they really knew their stuff. The whole delivery and installation process was smooth, efficient and completely stress-free.

It’s lovely to receive such great customer service, especially from a team who had travelled such a long distance. Simon and Neal are a real credit to H2O!

I’d also like to give a special mention to the customer service team, who were fantastic throughout the whole process. From helping me choose the right hot tub to talking me through all the different options and explaining each stage of the purchase, they were incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Brilliant customer service from the very first enquiry right through to delivery!

A very polite professional chap, he gave the hot tub a really good thorough service & reassured us that we are also doing a good job in the upkeep of our hot tub. Great customer service from start to finish Katie and Pauline at H20 we’re always in contact and there to help when needed on day of delivery Neal and Simon delivered the hot tub with ease they went through everything with us step by step really nice guys very friendly and supportive would strongly recommend this company

Can’t grumble about fast delivery, but product quality has slipped. Suckers on head rest infective.

Hayden the engineer was very helpful and very professional. We would recommend him for his professionalism.

Hayden arrived on time and completed my hot tub shut down successfully. Cleaned the tub and jets leaving it like new. No mess to clean up after he had left.

From start to finish we had an excellent experience. Pauline from sales was fabulous with no hard selling just giving advice. Then passed onto Katie for pre delivery information and guidance again fabulous communication. The delivery guys Ty and Neal were fantastic and very helpful with instructions. Thank you all at H2O

Prompt delivery and took care positioning a heavy hot tub. Set up was quick and efficient, followed by instructions on the use of the hot tub and basic ideas regarding upkeep using the various chemicals.
