Seamless Experience

Had a great experience selling my old iPhone 11 Pro & Apple Watch. Process wasn’t long, they paid me what was quoted & the bonus £10 all on the same day. Overall very happy with the service & updates every step of the way. Will use again.

Great communication !!!

A few days ago I sold my iPhone 12 Pro Max to BS exchange , the overall experience was great! The process was very smooth and they kept me updated every step of the way. Once they confirmed receipt of my item I received full and accurate payment from BS exchange. Would definitely be using this company again to sell my old items as they have better prices than other companies.

Extremely Disappointed - No Response, No Payment, No Contact

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with BS Exchange. I recently sent my Apple Watch Ultra 2 to them (Order BSE1447-S) for sale, with Royal Mail confirming its delivery to their facility. Despite my efforts to contact them via email, I have received no response whatsoever.

Their lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable. There is no contact number available to reach them, which only adds to the distress. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, including a request to return my watch if they are not willing to process the payment, but I have been met with complete silence.

I urge anyone considering using BS Exchange to think twice before doing so. Based on my experience, their service is unreliable and untrustworthy.

If BS Exchange is reading this, please return my Apple Watch Ultra 2 immediately or process the payment as agreed. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope this review prompts you to take action.

Awful, avoid avoid avoid

Update: as you can see in their response, this company seem to want to personally abuse me due to my review. I think that says all and suggest that behaviour such as this from a company is hugely concerning.

So, after proving that my item met their grading standards when it was sent and not their 'average' standards, and sending a polite and respectful email detailing my position, as well asking for photos of the damage, I get an email saying they are sending my device back and take no responsibility for the condition they are in. This is a scam. They have put someone else's mobile number on Google, there is no way of contacting. Do not use this company. They then tried to report this review for being illegal and have accused me of not telling the truth. I sent all communication to Trustpilot who verified this review. Need I say more!Awaiting the return of my items.

After sending my almost new hardly used Airpod Max headphones, in perfect condition and in protective casing. I had to chase days after delivery for them to process the order. Finally got an email at 14.27 saying process complete and I'd get my money in 3 days as my item had passed checks. Then almost 5 hours later I get another email saying they are reducing the amount as my item had cosmetic damage. It had no damage when sent and they'd already confirmed. Id picked the Good grade as, peelr their grading criteria, they were opened. In the second email they told me id picked Pristine, which i didnt. They also said id sent them earbuds.... nope these are Max's. Absolute shambles.Sent them a screenshot, looks like a scamming company that drops the price once they have your items. A joke so far!!

That being, you was sent photo evidence of your headphones as well as given a just reasoning as to why they did not meet the ‘good’ criteria. At which point it was your decision to continue or have your items sent back free of charge. We do not engage in negotiations regarding the grading & it seems this is the main reason for your upset.
