Exceptional customer service and speedy…
Exceptional customer service and speedy delivery. Product (levelling tripods) are well built and exactly what we’d normally use. Ordered Friday afternoon, and the delivery was made 10am Saturday morning… meaning we don’t have to leave a man behind to wait for the delivery!
When these run their course, will definitely be back onto Warrior Weld for more!

The welds look rushed and only small…
The welds look rushed and only small blobs rather than welded around the entire square , which would add more strength, the black end plugs were wonky and some fall out. The white spray didn’t completely cover , looked like a rushed single spray over.

Hi I'm sorry that our product did not meet your expectation's, Our products are welded to a high standard by our fully skilled craftsmen. We make all of our products strong and robust. I'm rather surprised that the end caps have fallen out due to them being hit in with a heavy mallet. We send our products off for spraying and always come back to us in great condition. As you ordered an off the shelf product We will happily send you a refund or a replacement on return of goods.

Excellent robust handrail for the garden. Arrived earlier than expected. Easy to put up and has made the garden steps a safer place. Very good product.

Mystery of the missing hand rail
Order was accepted and duly made then passed to Tufnell for delivery. After some days wait I contacted warriorweld and spoke to John who said he would get back to me which he did, my order had gone missing according to Tufnell
John said he would replace and deliver within four days. Two days later Tufnell arrived with a battered wrapped parcel inside was my order of a hand rail Undamaged.
John was excellent so big thanks to him.

Warrior weld replied straight away when I emailed around having a different distance between the posts of my handrail. They also dispatched my order swiftly after making it. I was expecting a week to make it and then shipping but the whole thing was built and delivered within a week.

Parking Bollards
Purchased some parking bollards, for a domestic car park, & the quality is excellent. They’re commercial standard. Would definitely use them again. Spoke to John via email too & he was very professional and friendly & dealt with my query efficiently.
