Not put to use as of yet. But the tripods look of good making and strong.

Great company returns process could be better, I am still waiting for my refund over a week, website says get a returns number but was told didn't nerd in by email.... Still waiting for refund

Great communication, great customer service

I ordered a Warrior Generator from Warrior Welders fourteen months ago and made them aware that it would not be installed for a lengthy period whilst the remainder of an off-grid electricity system was installed.
Last week was the start up of the whole system and the generator would not start.
I have attempted to start the generator a few times over the ensuing period and the last time was a couple of months ago but the battery was flat. Even though the whole thing was under warranty I was charged £120 for a new battery (given that I have no mains I could not charge it so had no choice)
On the most recent occasion the battery appeared to be sufficiently charged but it would not start there being a problem with the starter or its solenoid.
I contacted warrior and was told that the generator was out of warranty even though it has never been used!
They quoted a vast sum to send out a new starter, but my advice is avoid Warrior like the plague they offer little help with their obviously dodgy equipment.

Ordered screed tripods on a Saturday, they were dispatched Monday and delivered by FedEx on Tuesday. Very fast service and good quality product and the best price I found online.

Ordered screed tripods and they were dispatched same day. Courier tracking informed next day delivery but did not show up. Phoned John and after a few phone calls found out the delivery van was stolen. John sent out new batch same day and received next day am delivery. Top notch customer service and product a great price and quality. Definitely recommend.

In ordered a lock for the garage after a break in. After looking around I ordered the garage lock from Warrior Weld and I wasn't disappointed. It is massive and really solid, way above what will find when you search the net. What I can say is that it wasn't easy to find them but I am glad I did.

I have twice purchased handrails from the company in 2019 and again in 2024. The quality of the workmanship in each case has been exemplary and the design detail and execution of fabrication first class. It all looks very simple but that in its self is a function of the design. The service in response to my recent purchase has been very crisp.
