Ordered a new handrail for my property and had nothing but issues with the delivery 3 attempts to correct it and still not received it email multiple times requesting a call back but no call at all
No a recommended to buy from as they don't care about the after sales

Why you would leave feedback like this is beyond me, Two times I rearranged delivery for you at a time and day that you said you would be in. Both times you where out. You have to meet me halfway on the delivery. I did absolutely everything within my control to get the Handrail to you. The fact that you couldn't be bothered to be in at an arranged time and date is clearly your fault. Furthermore We responded to your emails within minutes. Parcelforce is the courier that we use and generally it serves us well, In this case the problem doesn't come back on them or Me.

Front door hand rail
Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. After putting the first rail up we ordered another one as we were so pleased with it. The rail is very sturdy and perfect for the front door with a step.

Good product and service
Good quality product (handrail and supports) delivered without issue. Exactly what we wanted for our one-off project. Would have rated the experience 5 star, but for the fact that the powder coating on the supports wiped off in places, so had to rub them down, prime and re-coat.
