Great product and great service
Great product and great service. The padlocks provided are relatively basic but for the price charged, I wasn’t expecting anything more substantial. I’m really pleased with my order and the quality of security bars.

Really pleased with this company
Really pleased with this company. I first ordered a shed security bar for my shed, very well made bar and with proper big coach bolts.
I emailed them about me potentially buying some extra brackets for the above and how much this would cost. They emailed me back quickly and said they would send me some free brackets. Nice touch. will being using again

The level of service was good

The handrails were packaged well but…
The handrails were packaged well but when we opened them all items were scratched and in poor condition including one post which was bent. We had to fit the items due to project timescales and re-set the upright and paint all handrails and upstands. I can provide pictures to support my comments. I would like a full refund due to these issues which have costed my company with extra labour and materials. Regards Stuart

If you would have had the decency to get in touch with us and ask for a solution we would of happily accepted back the handrails and given you a full refund, We only use high quality British steel, All our of the shelf rails are jigged up and would not fit in or out of our jigs if they where warped or bent in anyway shape or form. As for the paint Job it sounds like you are suggesting that we intentionally scratched the rails and then carefully wrapped them up, I'm very confused, Also disappointed. We pride ourselves on high levels of customer service, We can always find a solution to any problem and would of gladly accepted a return given the chance.

Beloved greenhouse accessible again!
The handrail is extremely strong and well made. All bolts were supplied and it all fits together perfectly. It also fits the steps as if it was made for them, because it was! Many thanks to John for his help on how to take the measurements. The handrail arrived quickly and was very well packaged.
