Order: OB-T1D4M3RYRS (29 Aug 2025)
Offer: Receive fiat within 60 minutes. Buyer’s instructions listed two options — SEPA Instant — name & IBAN or Wise tag & name. I provided my Revolut NL IBAN.
What happened
- The buyer first asked for my IBAN (I provided it).
- Then he sent a screenshot saying (in Russian) “The bank is checking for sanctions; please provide your country-of-passport and date of birth so they send funds to your account.” That raised red flags, so I paused ~1 hour to verify if this is legitimate.
- After that hour he clicked “I paid” and attached the same pre-payout Wise screen asking for my personal data. I immediately opened an appeal.
- He replied along the lines of:
• “Cancel your appeal — I’ll cancel the order.” → then “Can’t do that.”
• “The bank won’t cancel the payment without your data.”
• “We handled such cases with support before; I can show other orders/chats.”
- He provided an old unrelated receipt and a blurry video; links and sources weren’t visible.
- He also shared a Wise shareable link that showed “Your money’s on its way” (amount €470.00 vs order €470.01, no SEPA E2EID/UETR).
- As of 5 September, the Wise link still shows IN_PROGRESS / “Your money’s on its way”. No funds were credited to my NL IBAN.
Why this matters
“Your money’s on its way” in Wise usually means the sender chose a Low-cost route. In short:
1. Sender creates a transfer in Wise.
2. Sender tops up Wise via SEPA to Wise (can take hours/days, especially weekends).
3. When Wise receives the money you see “We received …”.
4. Wise does AML/conversion and queues the payout → status “Your money’s on its way.”
5. Only after Wise sends the payout to my bank (SEPA) the status becomes Paid out / Completed and a SEPA E2EID/UETR appears.
6. My bank credits the incoming payment.
So a pre-payout screen and IN_PROGRESS link do not justify pressing “I paid”, and certainly do not justify asking the recipient’s DOB/passport country in trade chat. Claiming that “the bank won’t cancel without your data” is also illogical: if the transfer is not Paid out yet, the sender cancels it inside Wise without involving the recipient’s personal data.
Support experience
Despite the offer’s 60-minute promise, the order stayed frozen far longer. Most replies were templates such as “we’re checking with the buyer’s bank; please wait”, without a deadline and without requiring verifiable proof of payout (Wise PDF receipt with Completed, Paid-out shareable link, or SEPA E2EID).
What would improve P2P safety
1. Verifiable proof only: Wise PDF (Completed/Paid out), Paid-out shareable link, or SEPA E2EID. Screenshots or “processing/on the way” should not count.
2. Enforce the 60-minute payment window (cancel for non-payment if there’s no payout in time).
3. Don’t allow “I paid” unless there’s an actual payout event.
4. Fast escalation to a supervisor when a buyer stalls or requests personal data in chat.
I can share redacted screenshots: the offer (with Receive fiat within 60 minutes), the buyer’s pre-payout Wise screen asking for my data, the IN_PROGRESS Wise tracker (no E2EID, €470.00), and my Revolut statement (no incoming).

Telegram Wallet is great, a good space for crypto and earnings. Telegram always have good promos and technologies. The support chat is good too.

I wanted to transfer just 8.9 usdt to my bybit account and my account was suspended and the transfer was freezed for some "important" check. These guys are scammers, they don't allow you to withdraw even smallest money, especially when you need it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Telegram Wallet.
On May 23, 2025, I tried to withdraw 0.703 TON from my wallet. Even after completing full KYC verification and submitting all required documents, my withdrawal was suddenly blocked without any valid reason.
I waited almost two months and only received repeated responses saying that my account is permanently restricted according to clause 10.2 of the User Agreement.
They refuse to provide any explanation, proof, or chance to appeal. This feels like theft — my funds are frozen indefinitely, and they claim the decision is final

My experience with @wallet: the software is great, but the support team is awful. The support staff acts as if they either hate their own product and are trying to sabotage it, or are engaged in criminal activity. To the leadership of Telegram's @wallet: you urgently need to do something about your support division before it destroys your reputation.
One of my recent transactions was suspended for no clear reason, and now the support team keeps asking for more and more screenshots. It has escalated to the point where I have to ask my clients for screenshots on my behalf. But it gets worse: they are now demanding screenshots of personal chats.
So, pray that your transaction is handled only by the software, or you've just won a ticket to the support circus.
P.S. Update for those following along: It’s incredible what a little public feedback can do. A problem that was "impossible" to solve for days was magically fixed within 60 minutes of my reviews going live. The power of publicity is a wonderful thing, isn't it?

The worst wallet or in top list among worst ones! Too many complains to that organization due to very ineffective customer services no deadlines, no responds! Blocked my transaction for verification, was written will be solved in 24H which is already too long!! But they only responded after 24h and requested more personal info!! Which I believe is too much for such organizations! I still provided them! After they disappeared, when it will be done! No one knows! Best of Russian services if it can be called support!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!

The worst crypto wallet.
More checks and operational issues than European banks.
A transfer from @wallet to @cryptobot took 3 days because of their internal procedures.
And this is despite my account being verified with a passport and everything.
This is the worst crypto Telegram bot on the market.
It can't get any worse.

Complete idiots! with poor quality of speed and support team, they stopped my 15$ transaction I’ve uploaded passport, video, invoice and more than 2 days they study my case, soon they will ask me for selfie with my dog and neighbors
