They have good support team slow yeah but they are effective they are not bots nor AI which is the best part because I am sick of companies thinking we need bots or AI to solve our problems plus they are friendly even when you ask stupid things:) and in almost 99% you finish the problem in less than one hour really amazing support members hope they get a raise not a replace.

My query of transfer my wallet to different account after telegram freeze my account which have my wallet
After briefly telling them every that happened to my main account and giving the necessary details which they need from my side they resolve my issue under 5 day's it can be fast if i try ontime which i can't do because of my busy schedule
One thing I want to telegram wallet that they should create a seperate web page also so if this kind of issue happened to any user they can access there crypto on web not in telegram Bot because telegram restricted everything after account freeze and it's bad for any organization because user lost trust and assets (money) so they prevent other's and not recommend and it's make company reputation as bad
