I had a very negative experience using this Wallet.

I am an experienced trader and use Interactive Brokers, so I clearly understand how markets and execution should work.

Here is what happened:
• I bought MicroStrategy and placed a stop-loss at $125
• On Sunday (when stock markets are closed), during their technical maintenance, my position was liquidated at $117
• This price did not exist in the real market
• My stop-loss did not work correctly

After maintenance ended, the price returned to around $125, but it was impossible to re-enter the position at the same level.

This alone is already unacceptable.

But the bigger issue is systematic:
• The price you see is NOT the price you get
• Buy orders are always executed higher
• Sell orders are always executed lower

I observed gaps of:
• up to 3–5% on stocks
• consistent spreads on crypto as well

This is far beyond normal slippage.

• There are hidden fees, including liquidation fees not clearly disclosed
• Leverage costs are extremely high (in my case ~50%+ annualized), while presented as “minor fees”
• Pricing during weekends appears artificial and not linked to real markets

Overall, this platform shows:
• unreliable execution
• lack of transparency
• misleading pricing

I strongly advise others to be extremely careful.

Based on my experience, this is not a system suitable for serious trading.

First and foremost, the wallet support system is extremely simple and intuitive; appeals are resolved very quickly—unlike on other exchanges, where days can be wasted.

Do not ever use them. I was recently scammed.

I deposited funds and held them there for over a year. Recently, they froze my account.

When I contacted customer support, they claimed I had breached the user agreement. When I asked for further details, they said they could not provide any, only repeating that I had violated the agreement.

I told them I was willing to cooperate fully—provide KYC, proof of source of funds, or anything else needed to resolve the issue. They refused and said the decision was final and could not be reconsidered.

In other words, they simply took my funds. And the most absurd part is that you can’t even properly file a complaint, because in their user agreement you essentially allow them to do this—freeze or seize funds at their discretion, without notice or explanation.

The support I received was outstanding! The response was incredibly fast, professional, and very encouraging. I really appreciate how quickly you clarified everything for me. It’s rare to get such a human and kind response from a support team. 10/10!
