Not a reliable way to store funds
Blocked my account once w/o warning because it apparently won't let you use two different wallets on two different accounts, but the biggest issue is you can lose all of your funds any time since it completely relies on your Telegram account to store your funds, if you are wrongfully banned all your funds are lost.
Two stars because Peer-to-Peer market works okay so you can purchase crypto without a credit card(KYC still required)and then transfer to a safe wallet like Tonkeeper

Company blocked wallet without causes
Company blocked wallet without clarification on my BD (not relative but why not?)
on 3rd January after 1 year of using their service I got blocked. Their decision: "Your access was restricted due to the violation of Wallet's terms of use and in accordance with cl. 7. of User Agreement.". Just for clarification I was using it for myself, no multi-accounts nor something that breaks TOS. I tried reasoning but: "Unfortunately, decision regarding restricting your access to the Wallet is final and cannot be reconsidered.
We'll let you know as soon as there are any news regarding withdrawal possibility."
No reasons specified. Gladly I got my other wallet service Binance where I transfered around 100USDT.
In total my experience was bad if not worst, since it happened on my BD I let it slide but even

SCAM project
It's literally a scam they freeze your account for absolutely no reason they ask you to upgrade your verification level after you do they ask for some other things but it doesn't matter they just say we can't reactivate your wallet for unspecified reasons even if you pass KYC it will not give you hope that you will not be simply blocked from accessing the Wallet.
