Absolutely terrible experience with “Wallet in Telegram.”
I trusted this custodial crypto wallet with my funds, and they blocked my money without any explanation. I submitted every possible document they asked for — my ID, employment certificate, work contract, proof of income, full correspondence — yet they still refuse to unblock my funds.
Their support is unresponsive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of solving the issue, they just copy-paste the same generic messages and keep stalling. It feels like they simply don’t care about users at all.
This service is dangerous, unreliable, and lacks transparency. They hold your money hostage and provide zero accountability. I strongly advise anyone thinking about using “Wallet in Telegram” to stay away. There are many better and safer alternatives — don’t risk losing access to your own funds like I did.
1/10 — avoid at all costs.

It was nice talking to a human, not a support chatbot.
They were attentive and responsive. Although my fuera interaction was replied to in the wee hours in the morning and the ticket was closed promptly without me having an opportunity to reply because I was asleep, it was to be expected since I'm on the opposite side of the world. However I reopened the issue and it was promptly resolved in a few minutes.
