I love my Verve card. It helps me build credit and I can always rely on it. The customer service is amazing and the agents are professionals.
Can't use Verve in an ATM for 95 days
Ok so I was offered a Verve Card through Kikoff. I was a little reluctant to accept it, so I read through the fees, annual fees, percentage rate and so forth. I decided I would to help me rebuild my credit. Unfortunately I didnt read all the small print, my mistake. After I got my card in the mail, I went out to celebrate, LOL so I went to the ATM and wasn't able to take a money out. After calling and talking to them it appears I have to wait 95 days before I can use it at an ATM. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I have never had a credit credit card where I had to wait to use the ATM

Do not do business with I got this card to help build credit. I made all payments on time and paid the balance off as well. They turned my card off and said I made late payments and wanted me to get a release note from my bank the payments were made. When clearly my statements show payments on time and typically well in advance of the due dates and more than the minimum payment due. Their customer service is terrible and just a bad all around company to deal with. Proceed with extreme caution will not do business with them again. I closed my account there are many other companies I would rather do business with.
