Helpful

Called to cancel, but they offered to help set up a better payment plan when I was having difficulty after a long distance move. This helps my credit score not get the hit it would have had I cancelled. Plus, you still get charged all the interest and late fees when you cancel and still owe some, so this definitely works out better.
