They had me activate my card two weeks…

They had me activate my card two weeks ago and I haven't received anything from them in a month of waiting for my card. The activation of a non existent card is a scam!! I called them and they said wait another week..... Two weeks now and Nothing. I am sure they never sent anything to me but the activation request to lock in the annual fee of 150 dollars!!!!! Now I'm in debt for a card that never comes in. Fraud and deception PERIOD

I was in the hospital and late on my payment. I told them I was incoherent and told them, I will call them when coherent
Not only were they understanding, they made
my payment of the phone easily even though I still hospitalized. And did not have my card.

Katheryn came through!!!

I have had this account for a while. I was never able to make a payment online, which I tried sooo many times. Each time I had to call and was always charged that $5.95 just to pay over the phone (which is a huge financial inconvenience). Today, Katheryn gave me the correct payment site and stayed on the line to ensure that I was able to pull it up. IT WORKED!!! I had never been able to make a payment, for all the time that I called. I was never given the payment site before Katheryn helped me with it. She was wonderful and understanding. She is a gem to your company, and I can now utilize the correct site.
