when l paid off my card in full

when l paid off my card in full, with a $700 total credit limit, l expected to have some available credit almost immediately.
lnstead l was told my payment would not be processed for at leaat a week, and possibly longer.
l am unhappy about this since l had no ldea!

I was not pleased with the response I…

I was not pleased with the response I received when inquiring about having my available funds updated with proof that it's cleared my bank. I have no problem with my other credit card providers doing this... This is disappointing, especially when I'm traveling and need these funds available. You all need to rethink this policy.

I spoke to a customer service yesterday to advise that I never received the initial card....but when I called the 844 number...they activated the card...so I called Customer service to find out if they would freeze the account until I checked further. The Rep was so nice...advised that they could freeze the card until I contact them again.
