Second review.
Absolutely awful, 9 weeks I’ve been waiting for a withdrawal.
I have sent many documents many times, phone bills, bank statements, ID, proof of adress, proof of PayPal account, proof of boku deposits, you name it they have had it.
Every single time to be told we’re nearly there but not quite.
Absolute shambles of a company.
They have blocked my account stating self exclusion when it wasn’t even requested.
Because of this I cannot get on there live chat facility to talk to anyone, can only get on to speak to a bot.
Have to rely on emails and even then take days to respond only to be told the same thing.
If your reading this before opening an account I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
Absolute disgrace of a casino!!!!!!!

you have had:
My driving license
A council tax letter
A utility bill
Bank statements
Proof of deposit (boku) a document from boku showing the deposit I made to yourselves, along with a bill from Vodafone that also shows the deposit I made to yourselves. BOTH DOCUMENTS CLEARLY SHOW THE MOBILE NUMBER USED TO DEPOSIT And the transaction in question.
On top of this you have also had a proof of previous deposits I made via PayPal. Clearly shows name adress DOB email adress telephone number.
But yet for whatever you deem this unacceptable,
If you ask for anything else off me you will want my mrs and kids.
Absolute scumbags, the money doesn’t even bother me any more it’s the fact you clearly think it’s okay to take peoples money and not pay them when they win.
You even closed my account for no reason

AVOID!

This is one of the worst sites I've played on. Very poor selection of games and the cheek that they charge £2.99 to withdraw any winnings! Rubbish. I self excluded.

keep away people

keep away people. take yourmoney wont pay you out,
sent them everything they asked for picture of cashcard front and back ,driving license proof of address . youkeep getting told to just wait to be verified can take 72 hours
now they want a picture of my old debit ,i told them the bank tell you to destroy it
*update ,Just had an email saying they wont pay me as i singed up to gamstop in may 2020. my gamestop was lifted on 23rd april 2021, so was in my rights to gamble,as they took my deposits in August they new i was no longer on Gamstop. bunch of crooks,beware and read other reviews

its any excuse not to process your withdrawls.
Yesterday tried to log in ,and have been told i self excluded so like other people cant speak to them now.
I am being forced to go through IBAS now

* update to there reply, they have now said i have self excluded which i never, so now cannot even log in to send the latest documents they have requested,
i suggest people read other reviews as it seems to follow a pattern of how they operate
Vegas hero is part of the genesis group ,there license was suspended by the ukgc in july 2020 for not allowing players access to there account to withdrawl there funds.it looks like there up tp there old tricks,iwill provide a full list of there sister companies tomorrow,its the same story on the reviews with them

I was requested two withdrawals at vegas hero and it's been 2 weeks since then and they kepp telling me it's reviewed again because they the right to do so...and they close my account after that and no any answer or staff like this and the amount it's 5000 wich is not a small amount

3 months and still no payout it's…

3 months and still no payout it's absolutely disgusting and they've kept 190 of my winnings because my son nephew both deposited with there bank cards and things have all been verified don't answer emails either would advise no one to open account with them absolutely appalling

in all honesty I’ve had a good…

in all honesty I’ve had a good experience with Vegas hero, deposited 75 quid and ended up beating wagering and cashing just over 1100£ - since I never played here before I started reading the reviews of people waiting weeks which made me panic a bit but got withdrew on the 9th and woke up to withdrawal in my acc on the 12th

No problems here.

I personally have never had a problem with withdrawals, always in my account within hours.But for those who have. According to the UKGC website, since May 2020 casinos are NOT allowed to withhold withdrawals because of verification, so dont let them use that as an excuse. Report them.

Horrendous experience and rubbish…

Horrendous experience and rubbish customer service. My account has been blocked out of the blue whilst I still have a cash balance of around 200 quid. I've spoke to live chat and they raised a ticket...Customer service emailed to say its a "standard security check"... Which has now taken over 7 days and we are still no further along. They haven't requested any documents and I'm sure are just trying to withhold my cash balance. I've asked for update after update and just keep being told the relevant department will be in contact. They should not be withholding cash balances (I can't even access the cash) and I dread to think how far I will have to take this to be able to take my money back. You shouldn't be allowed to operate like this, absolutely appalling in every way possible.

I've seen below they've replied to say

"Please let us point out that as per our Terms and Conditions, the verification process can be applied upon registration, deposit, or withdrawal request. This is linked to our regulator’s guidelines and for this reason, we post it clearly in the Terms and Conditions which we ask our customers to accept upon registration"

My account was blocked, out of the blue, not on deposit, not on withdrawal and not on registration. These guys are cowboys and I will not stop until I've got my cash back on principle!!! Don't even bother risking your money with them, go to better known trustworthy sites.
I simply want my money back, if you can take it, you can give it back. Please rest assured I will raise this to any governing body who will listen and resolve this. What you are doing is not right and clearly not an isolated event based on the reviews here, wish I had seen these before I chose to play with you.
I'd also be very keen on sharing these reviews with the Gambling commission, you shouldnt be operating.

Don't risk your time and money

Avoid the Genesis group (see my review of Spela Casino of the same group), they close accounts - locking the money inside - for months without explanation and don't respond to communications. They are a law unto themselves and don't care about any regulation whatsoever.

Impossible withdrawal

Well where do I start. Having played on other genesis sites I signed up to this one 17/12/2020 I deposited a total of £150 and withdrew (well tried to) £277.66 They requested documents 18/12/2020 and I had a confirmation email that they had received them 19/12/2020. On 01/01/2021 I had an email saying they need the back of my card, another email saying I had been successfully verified and a third email which apologised for sending me wrong info.
I emailed and emailed and moaned in chat which eventually resulted in a phone call 03/01/2020. You could have asked if it was convenient to talk I was actually working doing home deliveries for a supermarket (yes some of us work on a Sunday I know you lot don’t) where I was basically interrogated, questions asked included name address date of birth email address, when I deposited, what games I played, what’s stake I played, when I last logged in amongst others
So it’s now 08/01/2020 and my withdrawal is still sat pending 22 days later.
I won’t be playing on any genesis sites again and I’ll have to raise a complaint to try and get my money. My advice to anyone reading this is simple save yourself the headache and play elsewhere imagine one of the games paid out £20,000 or something big good luck getting that sort of payout off genesis

Delayed payment since June

I have been waiting since the beginning of june for a withdrawal from Vegas Hero for the amount of £1176
I continually receive the same message saying that the case has been escalated when I contact them through live chat, but nothing ever happens.

I am not sure why or what is causing the delay having supplied them with several verification documents, all of which they say have now been verified.

I am becoming very concerned with this Casino. They seem to delay the payment continuously as a result I highly suggest staying away from this casino even if their UK license is reinstated. It's clear to see why it was removed in the first place.

I have been on live chat over 20 times asking on updates only to be told I will be contacted via email.

I never receive any emails on the status of the withdrawal or any updates in general, despite being told that I will.

I am looking for a reply from Vegas Hero stating the payment reference number and an explanation as to why it has taken months to receive my withdrawal.

So I made my deposit and made 4…

So I made my deposit and made 4 withdrawals 3 for 50 dollar and one for 400 dollar.

I have received 3 of the 4 which are all for 50 dollar.

The first withdrawal was for 400 which has not come through to me.

They don’t have a phone number and haven’t for some time by the looks of previous reviews. Yeah have asked the chat who said it must be lost in the system?!!!!!

Also asking me for screenshots of my bank statements?

Really good site to play but this seems to be very strange.

All resolved very quickly. Great site as all the genesis sites are.
