Like evryone else same reason i dont recommend this scamers. When u win u will get tired of waiting the withdrawl to get approved witch may take 2-6 weeks but as many people are reporting this casino the owner its being smart now u dont even get a chance to win anymore at all ;

Here i am again. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They will NOT pay your winnings. I requested £500 on the 15th october. They completed the payment on the 20th. Its now the 16th of November and the money still hasnt reached my account. Customer care keep saying the the relevant team is investigating it with the utmost urgency and they will update me as soon as any are availble. Thats been going on for a month now and still no updates. Its been escalated more than 20 time aswell. The email address they give you never replies and they do nothing but lie in the hopes you give up. I would give them minus stars if I could. I urge whoever you are. Start sharing your experience with them as far and in as most places as you can so we can help any other innocent people getting cheated out of there money.

This site is unbelievable literally!!! In fewer words, don't even think about playing on this site because they have no problem with your deposits but you will never get your winnings!!!! Never. One excuse after another. My payment provider is blocking the deposit to my account. They keep telling me. Which is not true because I even spoke to my bank. Just stay away from them. They are robbing people and not paying out.

Do yourself a favour and stay away as you will have to fight tooth & nail to get any withdrawal from this company. I'm over a week waiting now with one reviewer suggesting he waited 3 weeks.
They keep cancelling the withdrawal and putting it back in your account and on chat they use every excuse under the sun and promise your money will be paid. I've complained and am escalating to the UK Gambling Commission. Just wish I'd read the reviews before using them!!!

Have had a few withdrawals only one was made within 3 days, they were taking under a week. Now waiting g on a withdrawal but it's been 10 days way to long. Casino is good for small bets but do not bet more than £0.4 on slots as if you win big will take you an age to get your winnings

There is a new reason now why my withdrawal was cancelled

I'm sorry to hear this, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. As per checking, Yes, you are right, the withdrawal was canceled. From what I can see, this happened due to a change in the processing company that works with the payment method that was used for the withdrawal, so it is on their end. Basically, whenever such changes occur - this might lead to cancellation of the requested withdrawal. So in this case, our players just need to simply re-submit the withdrawal, and it will be paid as soon as possible.

I finally received my 500 withdrawal
Initial withdrawal request on the 28th October
Decline 3 times on their side
Last submitting was on the 5th and I received it to the next day.

I have another withdrawal pending so will see how that progresses.

I did get my bank involved and sent them screenshots of emails and conversations and where vegashero uses different payment companies they could get back some withdrawals but others MasterCard couldn't help with

My withdrawal request got declined due to an issue with the bank. Course there was no issue with the bank and customer service does not want to speak with me and blocked me from using the 24 hour helpline. Do not waste your time and money, will update pending payment.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Please whatever your thinking do not deposit into VegasHero. Consider that money gone. Withdrawal times are absurdly long and it gets really frustrating getting into those "chats" with totally not ai's that sub in real people when things actually get complicated. Additionally, their website takes up 1+ gig memory usage and even crashed my computer. They are most definitely doing hidden crypto mining or some data harvesting/tracking. In no world should a gambling site be using that much memory. PLEASE STAY OFF THIS SITE.
