Love the site but keep cancelling my withdrawals because of technical issues** then funds put bk into my casino account was short. Withdrawals pending again will see. Stilllllll waiting on verification!!

Great app with a good selection of…

Great app with a good selection of games.
This would be 5 stars but had to give 4 as there was a delay in verifying my account their end which resulted in a long wait for a withdraw. The live chat function is great and the staff were very helpful.
I assume the delay their end Is due to the current COVID situation.

So I've currently have been using…

So I've currently have been using Vegashero for a solid year, during which I found immediately satisfying until I tried to make my very first withdrawal, the verification process seemed to take alot longer then normal thought I'd never actually receive the funds. With much satisfaction I actually did receive these funds this dates about a year ago , I decided to continue now on numerous occasions my deposit would not reflect in my account for days , I'd be asked many , many , many times to send in the same proof of deposit . Usually they will credit the missing deposit within 3 days . Then a 3 more withdrawal seem to process very quickly and I was even more happier , 2 of withdrawal in April of this year less then 2 months ago , now here is where my dislike for the company will forever remain a dislike , I made one withdrawal on June 21 for 1000$ and the verification process all of sudden turns to asking for cards I used 6 months ago and have already verified as 2 withdrawals have been processed since then I then made another withdrawal of 3000$ on June 24 they made the verification even more harder , I've actually se t them everything they have asked and then ask for something else there excuse is .... because I used to many cards to deposit ... All cards used to deposit are registered from my bank account and I've sent in proof they even have my bank account verified and it states that on my page... Now they have suspended my account.
Completely illegal gaming system DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY EVER AND I MEAN EVER THEY WILL STEAL YOUR WINNING AND YOUR DEPOSIT

Good casino

Played on most of the genesis casino sites including Vegas hero. Good selection of games it’s a shame your missing the blueprints but those games aren’t always great! I give a five star review and you are always friendly and helpful but your withdrawals can sometimes take a long time which at first I was worried about but I’m used to it now and 95% of my online play is now with your casinos.

No withdraw!!!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with earlier comments. A very long waiting time for a withdraw. And it is longer than 48 hours. I requested a withdraw over 48 hours ago, I am still waiting. I asked Livechat for clarification, I received a reply that withdrawals are processed up to 72 hours. It looks like the casino had a problem with financial liquidity ... I thought that earlier comments of people who had problems with paying out, isolated cases, however, it is different ... I change the rating to very negative. I do not recommend !!! All negative feedback is confirmed. It's hard to get your money back. Many days withdrawal is pending. Every day, Support promises to process the payout ... they are not credible. The case will be referred to appropriate institutionsI will change opinions as soon as I receive my money ...

They are scammers . Invested so much got nothing harldy any wins at all . Account blocked after making a withdrawal

Vegashero accepted me when creating an account. They made me make a deposit. After making a profit I am blocked. they don't even refund my deposit.

The reason is once requesting a self-exclusion from sister casino spinit. Of course I didn't even know that spinit is the same casino. why do you have to register again with both... All my documents are legal but nothing is done with my case.

They accuse me of bypassing registration. I entered my last name twice according to vegashero. People watch out with this casino, they are not to be trusted. Even if they go down, you have lost your money. That is written in the terms.

Good site lots of games

Thought I would pop a review although I have never reviewed a site before although i am an avid player. Joined 3 days ago with £15 got 15 match bonus wagered everything and banked £850 today it has been approved. I honestly believe if your not paying attention to the terms and conditions when you sign up then it is difficult to understand why you cant take you money out. Lots of amazing popular games that are found on other reputable sites. Only used customer service once as I forgot my username and were very pleasant.Had no issues apart from reading the reviews that convinced me I wasnt going to get my money

More than 3 weeks waiting

More than 3 weeks waiting for the verification of my account. Everything was good till the support team asked me to send the documents. I sent all the requested documents along with the photo of me holding the passport and some note with the date. Near a month passed while I was chatting and sending the emails and again chatting - the only answer of the support team is "still under review". May be that is done just to steal the money, I don't know now... Stay away from them!

Would never recommend this site as…

Would never recommend this site as other reviews state they do anything not to pay out. Won’t let you take away the option to cancel withdrawal and take ages to process anything hoping you carry on playing with your winnings then the process starts again. Absolute worst site ever played. Just seen you reply and that is such a lie they wasn’t touch for at least 36 hours and still haven’t received and emails and it’s been a week.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I won £11000.. have withdrew it and sent documents.. still pending and nothing been verified a week later? Both contact numbers do not work.. and haven’t replied to my emails. It’s a scam to get you to cancel your withdrawal and keep playing so they don’t have to pay you out the money. The site is a joke and so are there withdrawals. Never seen a site like it its disgraceful that you can not contact people back within the given time limits and I will be taking this further and you will be paying out more in the long run. avoiding verifying me

First thoughts were great site and great selection of games until it comes to verifying your account and withdrawing your money I waited the three day period and got in touch with live chat after hearing nothing back to be told I’d have to wait another 3 days because I sent the documents only a day ago (which I never) to me it feels like they are trying to avoid paying me out. I hope they can resolve my issue by escalating the issue but I’m not holding my breath I’d advise anyone who wants to use this site get your account verified before depositing otherwise you may never see your money again. Also never try ringing them even though they advertise the phone number because like Anna the live chat agent told me she’s to busy to answer the phone and she will just let it ring until you give up.

STAY CLEAR GUYS

This site is a joke scammed me outa £4000 I make a deposit of £25 on 29th Feb win 4k then made the withdrawal so after 4 days I got email about I'd documents so sent then of took another took another few days for them to bother getting back to me got email today sayin they took £3900 from my withdrawal due to free spins that I didn't even want I would most definitely recommend people to stay clear from these or any other site linked with them

Awful site

Awful site! I asked if I needed to upload any documents to verify before I deposited any money. I was told no. I then won £300. 4 day’s later after not receiving my winnings I contacted them only to get told I needed to upload documents. So I did! 4 days later they then tell me I need to upload more. So again I did as asked. It is now 4 days on and I still haven’t been verified. I have contacted the gambling commission to this of which they are investigating. I play on a lot of sites but this has to be the worse. Excuse after excuse and their customer satisfaction level is utterly disturbing. Sort it out for all of your angry customers for once!!!
