For 2 days i am waiting on live chats to tell them that the WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK ITS ONLY LOADING AND LOADING AND LOADING BUT DOESNT LOAD ANYTHING, only the mobile version is working, and they are ignoring me of course, DONT DEPOSIT BECAUSE ITS QUITE LIKELY YOU WILL BE NOT ABLE TO PLAY AT ALL.

Nearly 3 weeks and still being told my withdrawal is under review and someone will be in touch. Seems to me any big wins don't get paid out for a while if at all. Ive spoke to 5 different people on their live chat and its like they are programmed what to say. Stay away please everyone.

They have withheld a large sum of money due to bonus t&c’s so whatever you do dont spin more that £5 with bonus money. You would think they would stop you from doing this if its in the T&C’s but i guess they hope you do this so they dont have to pay you out. Very very sneaky company like i said before stay away at all costs. Lets see if i get my money they said they have sent

7 working days since they state they have processes my payment and still no money in my bank. Contact them and they keep telling me to wait another day. This company really dont like paying their customers

Overall the casino is OK, I feel like they need a reward program as people choose to use their money here but there's no loyalty returns for doing so. So I wouldn't run and recommend this site but I also wouldn't say not to use it. Entirely up to the individual

Don't see what all the fuss is about they say the casino takes ages process your withdrawal but I received mine within 30 minutes. Had a few decent wins from this casino never had a problem. They offer deposit bonuses often more than most casinos. They have all the best slots and live casino. The main problems I see is people depositing with mobile bill which is just ridiculous I've you deposit like that, just deposit with a debit card you will have no problems.

After nearly a month a reply to say my account is verified .to them be told even though all signed 3rd documents id and every single thing else you can imagine. They have taken 100 pounds od my winnings and still not releasing any money to me. And again 72 hours have to wait again. Ibas have been informed and further down the line claims have been submitted. Totally unfair

This site is an absoloute scam i provided all my details and uploaed all my documents then won and had 2 withdrawals accepted then had a nice win and withdrew but only to find they locked my account and said i needded to provide my documents again . Opened an account and won, so decided to withdraw, deposited with PayPal. They then decided at that moment to ask for verification.

UKGC 17.1.1 section 2

A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier.

You had all the time to ask for it but waited till I requested the withdrawal.

I was then sent an email asking for all the ID, plus they say I deposited with a 3rd party payment. I didn't, I deposited with my PayPal, my son's email is on the PayPal too, (which is legal) as to help me if I can't get into the account or forget my password. I sent everything they asked for and was told the account is verified. Furthermore, I have even sent them proof that the account is mine, a statement of the account and a screenshot showing it's mine and with both email addresses on it.

The withdrawal has been sat for 3 days, and I just get told constantly that someone will be in touch via email, which they never do or have. It's always the same response from the live chat, there is no real help whatsoever. I will be escalating my problem with resolver and contacting UKGC with all relevant information.

I would stay away from the genesis group.

Update: The reply that Vegas Hero have sent is no help. They have continually just overlooked the fact that I have sent proof that the PayPal account is in my name. Full explanation and actual proof. Yet they still ignore all the information. No help at all and awaiting reply from them via complaint email so that I can pass it onto the IBAS who have requested a copy, so they can proceed with the claim
