After 2 months still no payout

On February 24th, i won $2,600 CAD on the VegasHero Casino site. I received an email from Dean, the account manager, offering promotional money to increase my earnings that I have refused.

On March 2nd, after several requests of documentation, I have received an email stating that my case was approved.

All together, in about 2 months we have exchanged no less than 60 emails and despite my repeated requests, I still have not been paid.

Several email came from the Account Manager, asking me for proofs of revenue, bank statements from the last 3 months, statements from credit cards, if I had inherited any money, etc. After answering all their questions, and depositing documents on their server or forwarding them by mail, I still have received no foreseen date of payment.

They say they care about the players and want to ensure they can afford to play on their site. If it is the case, why don’t they do their credit check before we play, not after spending lots and winning some money. Is this just to avoid pay outs?

April 22 - I have uploaded again.. for the 3rd time the documents that i had uploaded in March as well as i had forwarded them by email.
After uploading them on March 30 we received an email on the 31 saying: We are pleased to inform you that your documents have been approved at Vegas Hero.Thank you once again for your cooperation!
And on April 4th an other email asking for the same documentation...

I wish I had read the reviews before joining!
This site is nothing but hassle. One week on I’m still waiting for my withdrawal. I’ve sent all documents that have been asked. It’s states in my account these have been verified. But my account is still blocked! My withdrawal is still pending. I’ve sent emails everyday and spoke to live chat everyday they are no help what so ever! Shocking customer service. DO NOT join this casino and DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I am now looking into contacting the gambling Commission. I have copied all these reviews and will send them to them. Something has to be done about this casino.

UPDATE
Money was paid in to my account. But my account has been closed! I still have £80 in my balance so now have to chase this!

ANOTHER UPDATE
I emailed asking when the balance on my account would be paid to me as they have shut my account down! I had a email back confirming there was £80 in my balance but because my account had been closed I couldn’t make the withdrawal so this would have to go to the department that deal with this! 2 weeks after sending another email no reply! Honestly how are they getting away with this?! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE… all documents sent and verified, a phone call asking the most useless questions! When they have to pay you they close your account down! Don’t get me wrong I would have closed the account anyway once I had been paid and my balance had been withdrawn. So the chasing continues….

This is now day 25+ busy going through chemotherapy (casino fully aware)

Waiting n worrying

Looking at the other reviews on here, I don't hold out much hope of ever seeing my withdrawal of 515 pounds??
It's was last Saturday but by Sunday morning my account was blocked? With no explanation? I've sent all the documents now in a hope it might speed things up, but probably not, 2 stars why? Because I'm given them a chance to redeem themselves? If not the follow up review will be a lot worse.

Part 2 ... now over 10 days since any withdrawals all and even more documents sent.. with the account still blocked and definitely no money back??
In the mean time I joined another casino site have had 4 withdrawals 2 before documents n verification n 2 after and no hassles all in a week of waiting for vegas hero l.

Will do anything to not payout.

discriminating against the disabled, specifically telling them I have firbomyalgia which Is a chronic pain disorder and that I had problems getting about and also typing for long periods, then had my account excluded as being disabled with fibromyalgia means I can't gamble.

Keep changing there rules so they don't have to pay out

Holds its customers accountable if there system errors and won't allow you to upload documents.

Avoid them like the plague.

Stick with the reputable companies such as virgingames, skyvegas and monopoly casino, you have a real chance of winning something and they won't put you through a process where you can't get your withdrawal

Left a comment on my review stating that they have been clear.

It is not considered clear for me to ask for support on Web chat, get told I need a letter from my bank stating my card has been replaced, then 30 minutes later being told I need a statement showing a deposit on my expired card.

Anyone with an issue contact the gambling commission, they need to be closed down

I have been waiting for 4002.25 € almost a 7 weeks now. They just closed the account and said that we will pay!
Then they said that there is problem to pay straight to pank account!? Ok, what we will do then?
So They suggested that i should open e-wallet account, because its easier and faster! Ok, i opened it 27.1.2022. Still no answer.
But after reading those comments here.... now i understand why it is so hard to pay.

So slow in verifying and sorting

So slow in verifying and sorting. I am due a withdrawal and the process is taking so long. Having read these reviews I dont think I will be seeing my money again and seems to be a scam site.
Not happy.
Update- got message to say account verified and literally an hour later asking for more ID, same theme as other people are saying, that it's impossible to get paid.
