Never play here

Never play here. For one the RTP is just awful and second they refuse to close my account. It’s not a big problem because I just don’t play there anymore but it just goes to show you should definitely not trust this site. Also a vip manager named Ron Stark does absolutely nothing for you it’s just a fake position

I signed up a week ago and won .so I made 3 withdraws of 750 each , I was paid for all of them ..within 3 days , im happy with that
It's a pretty fun site
I would say the only thing that's a bummer is you can only withdraw 750 a day
So you end up playing your big win
Support was good aswell
But all in all I like the site

Scammers!

Scammers!! dont play. They do anything not to pay ur out. They have withdrawal limits. If it suits them they hold on to it. Sometimes they dont. They do everything for you to lose all your money. If they withdraw its very slow, so u cancel fast. The last withdrawal of € 3000,- they scammed me. I got 0.

Nice casino , Quick payout

The games are good and the winchances also. You have to stop on time (wink). Cashout went great! within 2 days I had the money on my bankaccount! Real quick. If you have a question and you sent them a mail the response is fast too.

Very bad casino. They refuse to close your account, even after you have indicated many, many times that you are a gambling addict: they will not close your account. Even after you have written an official letter with your request and you have sent it to the correct email adress: they will never close your account and they will do anything to prevent you from collecting any winnings. This casino, which is the same as Peachcasino: it is pure evil

Biggest scammers

Biggest scammers, watch out before registering here. No gaming at all, scatters bonus games are laughable. Heavily tuned, no gaming fun at all, so not worth your money. don't play here, its hungry. Vegas hero is a scam I won a total of R2400 and was never paid I kept sending them proof of account and bank statements all they say is we will get back to you now the site is no longer working in my country no feedback or whatsoever my money is gone.. What a bad experience.

Initially thought this was a great…

Initially thought this was a great site, payouts where good, but having issues with two that happened on the 26th October, finally got confirmation processed 14th November, but as of today still nothing in account. I have constantly been given conflicting information from each staff member, I sent over each time the documents requested. This last time I apparently missed an email with more information they require, which I have had to go to bank and pay for information this time due to the additional dates they require, which they are not going to reburse me for this, they can see with the initial information sent through payments had not reach account. I am escalating this higher to the regulatory body as they have not even consider the gdpr ruling around all the additional information they are asking.

Update 05.12.2022

I know that's what I was referring to the wrong statements where requested by yourselves which I have proof. I am in the process of waiting for the additional information you have requested and had to pay for this statement. This additional will be sent i havent stated it will not but all I am saying not sure why it has been requested due to the dates processed and the statements corresponding process dates.

I never ever spent money for this crap!
I'm spending more enough I'm trying so many games 20/25 p bet. But after 100 spin I'm get max 96 penny back.

Withdrawal is a joke

I won some money on here and it’s taking forever to withdraw, sent all documents they asked for even had a phone call to take more details , all they say when I ask about my withdrawal is that it is with the relevant department it’s been 5 weeks now and still the same old story “with the relevant department “ when asked to speak with the relevant department I get told they can not do that, the worst site for getting your withdrawal absolute joke

This is long, but needs to be read before deciding to give your money to this 'company'
Where do I start, made a withdrawal, this was on Monday, we are now on Friday.
When i went to make the withdrawal a notification came up saying they were having issues processing card payemnts back to natwest accounts so use a different withdrawal method.
I had 2 cards on my account so withdrew to my halifax one.
checked with someone on chat and yes, this is fine your withdrawal will go through, 6 hours later i receive an email saying 'withdrawal declined, funds are back in your players account, please withdraw via card you deposited with' check my account and no funds back in there, speak to several people on chat, some may i add are like robots and refuse to actually properly help. TEN hours later they finally return the money to my players account, so before withdrawing again i speak to someone on chat and check the best way to re withdraw, told to use bank transfer due to issues with natwest banks so i do this, guess what, 6 hours later an email 'your withdrawal has been declined, please withdraw to the bank you deposited with, funds are back in your account....I did withdraw to the bank i deposited with so im not happy by now, again no funds back in my account, this time ELEVEN hours for them to return it, speak to someone else on chat, really sorry but we gave you the wrong information, please try withdraw via card to your natwest account and if the payment fails we will re do the bank transfer option, so i did, checked and was told again by several people on chat, it has been approved, funds on the way and will be in your account before midnight. wake up this morning and guess what, no withdrawal and another email saying sorry, your withdrawal wasnt succesful our PSR isnt compatible with your bank! so im fuming at this point, go on chat again and im told to re withdraw for a FOURTH time and a whole 5 days of wasting so much time being lied too and messed around. so i re withdraw via trustly which is like bank transfer, check with someone again and told 'yes all ok this end it will be processed asap for you' an hour later i receive an email.....we need documents now before we can process your withdrawal via trustly, asking for all these documents after 5 days of me continuously being lied too, continuously wasting my time trying to sort this when im busy at work. Tried explaining i work away and i do not have these documents with me, and nothing, my withdrawal is stuck at pending. I would seriously think again before using this casino, never have i had issues like this anywhere else, they lie to you, they tell you to do things wrong and then they use everything they can to not pay you out. If they resolve this and process my pending withdrawal which is rightfully mine then i will remove this but until then i will post this every week on every site i can so people dont make the mistake of trusting they will actually receive their winnings from this site. for a multi million pound company who likes to withold money from people who deposit trusting them with their funds and then refusing to pay out what they won- shameful.

Edit 26/10- my account is now closed, after asking for at least my deposit back to be refunded to my card i was told this had been 'requested' i then received an email saying sorry we cant refund your deposit as your account is still open.
my account isnt oipen, its closed and I know my rights which are to at least have my deposit refunded back to the card it came from, complete and utter thieves at this company STAY CLEAR.

Edit 01/11- no response from anyone, no money back, no contact- just more lies in your response! I want my deposit reunding to my card at least!!!!

ok so fair enough we have to jump threw a few hoops for registering, happy to take our deposit, but then request more for a withdrawal? they are following legislation, there is no vendetta haha x i love this site won and lost a few time but ultimately always paid fairly, and thats all i need from a casino site, ignore the hay sayers, your money is safe and coming to you :)

once id verified never no issue withdrawing x

I made a withdrawal for a large sum on…

I made a withdrawal for a large sum on the 27/09/2022…. I was then contacted via email requesting verification documents fair enough…. I sent in all documents required a few days went by and they verified my account. My large withdrawal was then cancelled and put back in my casino account and I was told to withdraw via bank transfer which I’ve done. Ever since had the run around been told my withdrawal is being reviewed and someone will contact me with updates. Still nothing on 1/10/2022. It seems they don’t want to pay out so I’ve now gone to the gambling commission. They managed to process a withdrawal of £100 on the 27/09/2022 within 30 minutes but are taking forever to process the large amount. There was absolutely no bonus connected to any of the deposits I made to win the large ammount either and I am entitled to 100% of the winnings and will update accordingly
