Can't get back to their site anymore, was on a free spin and it decided it wanted to crash the site. Now I've tried to get back on the site, but it won't let me. VegasHero no good.

They will take your money, no worries
They limit your payouts to £500. Also allow bonus buys (illegal in the UK and other countries) they avoid GameStop because they operate as "online data" or "online art" or "online digital organization"

They have ZERO interest in self exclusion. You will send them money, possibly win on the recognizable, real game, that have a respectable RTP but you'll never get any winnings.

Waiting on a withdrawal since Sunday live support keep saying they are processing it I’ll give them another week before I update my star rating .Still anything over a couple days is long for a withdrawal in this day and age. Do not use this casino.
I have been trying to withdraw £280 for the past 13 days, and they have cancelled my withdrawal "due to technical issues" five times.
I have contacted online support 5 times and each time been given the same spiel that my withdrawal will be actioned as a priority, but days pass each time and then i get an email saying its been cancelled.

One of the worst experiences ever. If you win, they won’t pay you your money, using the excuse that there's a limit of $500 per day and only three active withdrawals at a time. The real issue is that you could end up waiting a month—or even longer—just to receive your first withdrawal. Despite contacting them daily, you’ll only get excuses and empty promises. The platform feels fake and completely untrustworthy. They don't pay you anything. Scammers.

Why is it your happy to take money from any account and the start your checks are you hoping it's dodgy money you can keep ,as for 48 hours to withdraw from your reviews I doubt that has ever happened, I'm only trying to withdraw 80 pounds, it seems even that is above your remit .
Prove me wrong and I will deposit and play .

Wish I had seen these reviews before, it seems they'd just wont let you close the account, they will answer to email (I sent 7 at this stage) but offer you bonuses and free spins and money not to leave. There's no mentioning of responsible gaming which in Europe i thought it was a requirement, even though I won't deposit a cent this can be a very big and dangerous issue for other people. I cant comment on withdrawals as didnt get chance, only replies I got were asking why and that they would zero any balance. I said not enjoying it, spent too long and too much money in a short amount of time,only 5cents on it so go ahead and nothing. If send brand new email they will answer , if replying to their email they ignore. Over a week now. On the live chat they said they dont deal with closure, when go to the email address it is supported by live chat, which sounds same people.. they just dont want to deal. To me it is not transparent and it seems dodgy, so I would stay far away.

I want to close my account but they do not do it. Why? I do not know. They respond to all my emails but never with a confirmation that my account is closed. If you have a problem gambling dont play here. They take your money even if you ask them for help and close your account. They do not help you!!

Update: 25-09 they finally closed my account after placing this bad review!

Withdrawals take ages and they keep enticing you to cancel the withdrawal and play away your money.

Self exclusion is a joke, they take ages to respond, and then offer you a bonus over email instead of excluding you right away.
