Has anyone received their money yet? I need some hope, please!

I was vip level 4 and after I’ve made some cash outs ( finally after 2 weeks and 50 times contacting live chat ) they removed my whole level, which means i had to start all over. Instead of 800 a day with a max of 3 cash outs. I can only do 500.

I’m still waiting a week again for the 3 new cashouts. Never ever play on this site. They will do everything they can to delay your payment

Lost a lot then had a win, will only let you withdraw £500 at a time, i requested withdrawal of £500 on 3rd October, was processed on 6th October, still have not received my money and today is 17th November, i have repeatedly contact live chat support, constantly fobbed off, today they gave me an ARN number to give to my bank to trace the money, bank cannot do this. This is beyond a joke. They are quick enough to take your money when depositing but you don't get the withdrawal money.
I will update again if i ever get my money!!! This is affecting my mental health badly!

asked multiple times to have the account closed they ask u for the reason then dont reply to follow up

or they tell u they cant find the account

they also disable the live chat function on your account so u cant contact them

just open case with resolver and find other places to report these scammers

I would give half a star if i could… although the casino and sports betting is decent to be fair… the withdrawl process is shocking, have to wait more than 3 days for approval and then they say 3-5 business days for payout… im on the 7th day and still no sign of my £250

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks now still nothing no payment I made a withdrawal of 70 pound which is nothing to what I have put into wish ide of checked it out on here 1st nothing but scamming thieves I was constantly making contact with chat they kept saying over and over that my withdrawal had been completed this was stated on my account on the 7th October after waiting over a week under review it's now 14th October still haven't sent the funds contacted bank they said they haven't sent any payments to account it was a load of lies so tried to contact again and they had disabled the chat function on my account so I cannot contact them anymore 😡 I have sent over 10 emails to customer support and nothing they just ignore you do not trust this site atall I will be reporting this website to the gambling commissions and the fraud action for cyber crime as this is illegal what they are doing ripping innocent people off it's disgusting I will not stop untill this site is closed down believe me everyone please stay away away from this site it's on big SCAMMING CASINO AND NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY ITS CRIMINAL

How long they need just to answer on some mails or anything ?

Update: It is 4 november. Still dont recieved any withdraw.
The whole site fels as an big scam.

Joined very recently tried to make my 1 st withdrawal waited the specified time… surprise surprise my withdrawal got cancelled… I went into live chat who said clear cookies cache etc and do it through google chrome… I have now done that but told I now have to wait again…. Terrible site it should be able to transfer withdrawals sooner if this happens beware you have been warned !

They stole money of me and somehow blocked my account dont play here its a scamming casino

So I played on this site, had a few reasonable wins and one very big one. It was great, really enjoyable game play and easy to deposit money.
I then try to withdraw my winnings. Oh no, you can only withdraw a maximum of £500 a day and no more than 3 times in a week. WTF?? So in order to get my hands on the money I won fair and square I have to wait 3 weeks! I have played in casinos all over the world and extensively online and never heard anything like this. It also takes them 3 working days to process a payment, most online casinos pay out instantly. However, I thought OK if that's the case. Except they can't even live up to their own low standards, it's now 5 working days and I have received not a single penny, I have emailed them twice and had numerous chats online all to no avail. My next move will be to contact the gaming boards they are licensed by and to engage a solicitor.
Really shocking payment system.
Update: 7 working days, still no sign of my money. 😒

I have made 3 requests to close my account and they have ignored them all.

My review seems to have disappeared.
I’ve finally received my withdrawals today but after weeks of backwards and forwards with the support.
They are quick enough to take the deposit but take forever and employ every trick going for you to try and spend anything you win so you will never get your money. Con of a site.
Stay away. Don’t even know how they are legally running.

SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUY YOURSELF SOMETHING NICE OR GIVE IT TO CHARITY SCAMMERS 😡🤬😡I wish I had seen these reviews earlier before I made a deposit, I made a small deposit of £20 the payment took 36hrs to clear from my bank as it was pending for that long, I logged into the site to use my balance and my balance was showing zero..live chat are useless they kept saying my bank declined the payment and a refund would be issued to me within 3-5 days ..this does not make sense ...I'm now onto my bank to try and get the money back having to go down a visa dispute....I know its only 20quid but it is not the point I've literally paid someone money for nothing in return, going by the reviews of waiting on refunds I can't see I'll be getting mine back from them....but according to them the payment was declined- something fishy going on ...I'm more annoyed that I have been scammed - plus they took more that £20. They actually took £20.10 plus 60p for a transaction fee ..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY VEGASHERO OR VEGA01HERO.. PAYMENT COME OUT MY BANK AS PALWALLETT.. SCAM SCAM AVOID!! 1 star review until I get my money! I am owed £1000, 1 x £400 1 x £100 and 1 x £500, started withdrawal process on the 29/09/25 and another on 30/09/25 yet both are still under review! I msg live chat everyday and I get the same robot msgs assuring me my withdrawals are happening! I will believe it when I see it but not giving up as £1000 is a £1000

Update! After 10 business days I have received 1 of my 3 withdrawals so I happy but the length of time to get 1 is madness. 3 stars

Was sceptical when waiting because it wasn’t exactly fast. I had two big withdrawals made within 6 days which wasn’t bad at all. Overall happy, will be back

this is the worst casino site ever , i didnt gamble a lot just 300 euros. with bets of 0.30 and 0.40 cents didnt get 1 bonus , not even 1 . how is that normal ?
i never write reviews but this is just a scam. keep your money guys or gamble on another site.

Do not use this site! Waited 2 weeks for a withdrawal. Customer service told me over and over it’s been approved and will have it any day. Never came stay away!!!!
