Been waiting now for over 10 days for my funds to be transferred to my bank account and all I keep getting told is that it is being processed avoid this website at your own peril and looking at all the other reviews I will not be getting the money owed to please stay away from this website

Been waiting over 10 days for payout, same excuses and BS given as other bad reviews, no replies to emails, AI chats with automated answers blaming other departments. If you are in UK contact UK Gambling Commission, they have to abide by the licensing conditions and give a valid reason for not paying out in a reasonable time frame. The more complaints will hopefully stop their bending of the rules. They also do not offer and gambling safeguards which is also a breach.

Stole my first deposit saying bank refused the payment

Has anyone actually got their withdrawals seems like we are all experiencing the same issues ...ive told them I will give them until Monday then my legal team will be in touch sick of it ....I first withdrew on 17th now 25th and still nothing and they kept cancelling my withdrawals disgusting site and wish I had seen this before I went on there ......UPDATE FINALLY SINCE THE 17TH OCTOBER I GOT MY WITHDRAWAL PAYMENT AFTER CONTACTING THEM A MILLION TIMES BUT GLAD I GOT MY FUNDS I WAS DUE JUST AVOID THIS SITE THOUGH ITS HARD WORK TRYING TO GET WINNINGS BACK AND STRESSFUL

Same here as the rest. Still waiting for my withdrawal for more then a week. It used to be within 3 days. I dint play there anymore

I made a deposit on Monday the 20th of October and managed to have a bit of a win, so I put a withdrawal request in for £110, it is now Friday the 25th, and ive received nothing yet.
Ive been gambling ( not heavily ) for probably the last 40years plus, and I have never come across anything like this before.
How they are allowed to get away with it is beyond me.
Think carefully before depositing funds with this company😡😡

Unfortunately, they do not honour withdrawals and players do not receive any winnings. If you play, be assured that your account will be verified and all security checks will pass, but when requesting a withdrawal it will not be processed. Withdrawals will simply sit as "processing" indefinitely, and you will not be given any information as to why this is the case.

Eventually you'll become tired of the situation and walk away. You will not be paid out.

I recommend not using Vegas Hero. It is not a genuine casino and you will regret it.

This company got my details from somewhere and they signed an account up with my details then hounded me for months I’ve sent a total of 50 emails requesting them to delete my account and remove my data, they’ve ignore every email, I’ve reported them to various organisations and I deposited once and they are using peoples bank accounts and details to set up limited companies in the Uk so they can launder money from deposits through them, I urge everyone to report them to the UKGC & NCA including their bank and bankrupt this company and put them all in jail their IP address says Nigeria.

Update:

Spoken to their Live chat and had about 5 emails back from them and they just send threatening emails and abuse, they refuse to block accounts, every single player who’s got an account with these in the UK report them to the UKGC, NCA & Chargeback to your banks.

Owe me money! They claim Withdrawls take up to 3 business days? It’s been over 10 days, 20+ chats with people saying they are having a ‘delay’? But they can accept money off me instantly but struggle to pay it back out? £1000? Will update if they pay me but doesn’t look like they will, sick of chasing my money up. And now I can’t get on the chat with them at all

Terrible experience. My withdrawal from 17/10 is still not paid. Support does nothing except send copy-paste scripts and excuses. They make deposits instant, but when it’s time to pay players they delay and stall.

Do not put any money here — it is stressful, unprofessional and not worth it. Don’t make the same mistake I did using this casino.

Still nothing, all in all this has been going on for 14+ days, terrible customer service (scripted) assured me id be contacted multiple times but nothing. Every live chat is met with the same responses 😡

Still no money, 10 days since withdrawel was "completed" no response to emails and there ai live chat is saying its in its final part of processing. It was completed 10 days ago 😡
Opened case with resolver but there getting no response either

13th november, still no withdrawel, still no explanation and have opened a case with resolve who are also getting no response

Been waiting 10 working days for a withdrawal of 2x 800 and 1x 700 I have received none of them. Emails being ignored and live chat telling me the financial department are dealing with it. They give you a script that they keep using, I will change my review once I get the money I am owed

DO NOT under any circumstances deposit any money into this awful website. I have been waiting so long for my withdrawal I’m actually getting very stressed out.

When I deposited money it went into my account instantly, now that I’m trying to withdraw nothing is happening. For days it has been processing with no progress. Every time I speak to support (when it works) I am given the same soulless response.

I don’t know if I’m actually going to get my money back and I don’t know how this is legal. I feel sick and wish I had seen these reviews before going on to this site.

Do not fall victim to this dispicable site, it is not worth the stress of wondering if they are actually going to pay out.

I have received my withdrawal finally, as happy as I am I will not add any additional stars as my overall experience has been appalling. If they were more transparent and the live chat responded like humans I wouldn’t be as annoyed. I have been so stressed out this past week wondering if I would get my money back. I would not recommend anyone using this online casino when there are ones that offer much better customer service. I would also recommend this casino improve their “finance departments” speed, they will probably get more customers and better reviews.

Stay well clear of this site its doesn't pay your withdrawals and when u contact them its always delay tactics not to pay it. System update,etc dont waste your money

It is a scam website, it is not true for advertising for fast withdrawal. If you win the money, they will hold up your money and keep cancelling your withdrawal. I won £200 and they cancelled my withdrawal 3 times and still not received my money!!!

never won more than £20 on any bonus and when I tried to withdraw a small amount I gave up after 3 days of pending and used up my money. Got in touch to close account but they seem very reluctant to do this and keep asking for confirmation that this is what I want to do. Stay well clear.
