Absolutely ridiculous wait time to be paid out.

Ive been waiting since the 25/10 and I have received no money so far. according to their terms and conditions I should have been paid out by now.

I have contacted customer support several times only to be told the exact same thing over and over again.

And dont bother emailing them, they dont respond at all!

I have never had this happen on any other sites I've played on.

they cancelled my withdrawals and ive had to start the process again. Will update when I finally receive my funds. Been trying to get this money for 17 days now.

Still nothing been waiting almost another 2 weeks. Keep getting told them same thing and its been escalated atleast 20 times.

This is worse site I seen in my life I requested for withdrawal 3x 200 still showing in reviews it’s now 5 working days I chat with them they lady told me I will do special request for withdrawal but still no any update.

Would give no stars if I could. Someone needs to investigate this scam casino. Gives you the first withdrawal to make them look like they are not scammers. I withdrew 3x£500 withdrawals since and still sat with no progress and still have £2k in my balance that I can’t withdraw yet. Keep getting same automated messages. How can these be reported if no licence and they are getting away with keeping peoples money!! So angry.

Very good selection of games but lets itself down on the withdrawal side. Waiting 8 days now for a withdrawal but still saying under review. Such a shame, will update the stars if or when I receive any money.

Been Waiting on x3 £500 withdrawals for coming up for 3 weeks now..

Only starting playing this site about a month.. I won 2500 was only able to withdraw 3x 500 then have to wait for them to be complete before I can withdraw anymore.. crazy! I’ve end up spending the 900 over the last 2 weeks as I can’t even withdraw it anyways and also no sign of my pending withdrawals

I have been through the same with my withdrawals. I have been reading all reviews.And wondering why has know one took this further. As if I don’t get my withdrawal I will be getting A solicitor. I will keep you updated.

Absolutely awfully experience. I requested a withdrawal which was processing for 5 days. Then the funds got placed back into my account. I asked why and they claimed it was my bank.

Before this I got told the funds are on the way. Please avoid at all costs. They work on a basis of taking as long as possible and rejecting withdrawals.

Not bad at all for the gam stop casino have withdrawal 480 and 4 days later I got my money allot of games all working smooth thank you

I have experienced issues with the withdrawal process on this platform. My withdrawal request, submitted over a month ago, was approved by the financial department after three weeks, but the funds have not yet reached my account. Customer service has consistently provided the same explanation, stating that the finance department is still reviewing the matter. It's Scam ad can see load of bad review here

Deposited about£100 won £250 so have requested a withdrawal yesterday October 30th 2025 of £100 but still processing after reading these reviews and now knowing it’s a Malta company I wonder if I will ever see this money I’ve been with Malta companies in the past the last one I tried to withdraw £1000 and they wanted bank statements to which I sent but blacked out all of my private bills and stuff and they rejected it because I had blacked out bits I spoke to my bank and they said that they do not need to see the other information and advised me not to show them so I didn’t and guess what? Yup you guessed it still to this day O haven’t received a penny and swore never to open a Malta site again and stupidly I have so will take another loss to Malta 😡 my advise research the companies and find out what country they are in because even when you put UK sites they some how still pop up SCAMMERS

Avoid like the plague! I wish I had checked on here before getting stung on this site. I have £1897.00 in my account and they just keep cancelling any attempt at withdrawal. This site needs shutting down!

I requested a withdrawal of the sum of £500 which will be my first withdrawl using this site, the selection of games is good, but the time frame set for payout is 3 working days. Looking at some of the other reviews I'm a little uneasy about receiving my winnings im currently on working day 4.. i will update this review accordingly when I receive my winnings to a 5 star as soon as my payout is receive.

Update it's now been 6 working days and my withdrawl was canceled out of the blue, contacted live support and they have mentioned it is an issue my end with my service provider and they did not issue the cancellation. I have now started a new withdrawl request which means the progress is not starting all over again. This marks 6 working days since my original attempt and I will update in the coming days if there is any good news

Spoke to another customer support, and they have stated there was a change in service provider hence why all withdrawal were canceled.. they have now stated my withdrawl request will be finished soon..
Monday the 3rd of November- Still no sign of my money and still under review

Update 3rd of November withdraw still processing if has not cleared by Friday I will contact my bank and initiate a chargeback as they seem to be acting unlawfully

Spoke to the live support and they say my funds will be released in 24 hours will update if they are

Update- finance department have stated that if my THIRD attempted withdrawal request fails again they will manually attempt release of my winnings with my assistance of email. It does apear they are just stalling me more and more.

Waiting for 6 days now to receive my withdraw.

Customer Services is shocking. The withdrawal times are ridiculous! I did a withdrawal on the 21st still yet to see even processed.

They claim withdrawals are processed in 3 days but they lie. 8 days later and still says "under review" which is the first of several steps before getting paid. No progress whatsoever. Just empty promises.
Update: I have received one payment but still waiting for two more. If you win expect severe frustration and a long wait to get paid.

Ive tried to close this account, 5 emails later it's still open. Absolutely pathetic 😒
It's my right to close it, but they are that stupid they don't know how to close it.

Good website with great slots. I was waiting two weeks for my money but this is what you get when you are on gamstop on English websites and have to use foreigner sites. Be careful with bonuses cause you can't use few at the same time.
