item was beautiful came exactly as described. only thing i would do as a company is package it better and label that it’s a fragile item as my box from dpd did come all destroyed. item was all in one piece however with the amount the items cost and how sentimental they should definitely label the parcel as fragile

We lost our beloved dog and ordered an urn for his ashes from this company. They sent us a shipment that was completely defective.
I can understand when defective general-purpose goods are shipped. But you’d have to be a complete jerk to send a defective urn for a dog’s ashes. You have no conscience.
