The best pinacolada mocktail in my opinion as it’s creamy unlike others that are just like a pineapple juice!!

Funkin Cocktails make a Cocktail! Ordered for a Murder Mystery evening where cocktails were being served and it was absolutely perfect. Easy for us to create and added a real punch of flavour.
The packaging is Funky too!
Service was excellent and delivered in time.

I placed an order but never received it - after chasing several times before anyone replied they then told me it was no longer in stock. I have been chasing for a refund but can only contact by email as no phone number - sent loads of emails now but no replies and no refund. Will never use again

I am writing regarding my recent order, which unfortunately has not arrived. This is now the second time I have experienced this issue with this company.

In addition, I have made several attempts to contact them via both telephone and email, but have received no response. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

On the previous occasion this happened, I was forced to recover my money through my bank due to the absence of support from the company. Despite this, I chose to place another order five months later because I genuinely like the product and find it works very well in my slushie machine.

However, having now experienced the same issue again, I feel let down and have lost confidence in the service. As a result, I will not be placing any further orders.

Its a lovely drink

Missing order and this isnt the first time this has happened, because I cant get these in any shops near me I have to order from them otherwise I wouldn't.

Shipment came in 2 deliveries - don’t mind that just let me know what’s happening. First parcel had 1 carton squashed and leaking. Emailed customer service to find out where my missing cartons are and to request a replacement or refund. No reply to my email. Posting on here to see if I get a response. I actually love the product - lovely flavours and work really well with our ninja slushy machine. My fav is pina colada.

Makes the best margaritas that I know.
Not cheap but worth it. Delivered promptly.

Ordered as part of a cocktail pack through Very, the tetra packs clearly don't travel well as they're all bashed up when I've opened the box, although the outer box is ok so maybe they were like this already and the tetra packs just aren't great, full stop. One carton is also out of date. Don't think I can attach pics here but they definitely won't stand up so even once opened I'll have to lay them on their side in the fridge and hope they don't leak. First time buying Funkin, won't be bothering again

The items still haven’t been delivered and I haven’t had any update

Disappointed - whilst I regularly enjoy the product having ordered many times previously, some of the cocktail mixes had rather short dates on them - still at full price. I write in to express my disappointment however did not receive a reply either.

Bought a number of cocktail mixer purées direct from Funkin. Mostly great - particularly the Passion Fruit - but some sold with unacceptably short shelf life, product clearly degrading even before BBE, and Funkin not accepting responsibility.
