Got a text notice my cellphone bill payment was not working. After selecting Securewarrning.com on the text it sent me to /silverrharbor.com and gave a 52 minute countdown, threatening shutdown and a $199.95 reconnect fee. This notice sent me to unlocator.com with a VPN deal.
To complete the stupidity, trustpilot (TP) is the choice offered to confirm unlicator is valid. TP is no better than the 3 previous sites.
Yes, total waste of time, put same effort in honest work.

When it works it is great! But I find it oddly buggy and unstable. No pattern but sometimes it just doesn’t work and you have to play around with it - restart, sign-out and in again, etc. Annoying when comparing this app’s stability with so many others that just work every time!

Unlocator's programming is easy to use and the Customer Service is outstanding. I would recommend them as the 'go to' if you are looking for a VPN service.

I’m having a problem getting my Mac connected to Unlocator (no problem at all with my iPhone or laptop) and Malik and support team are showing great patience and advice. We’re getting there! I thought they might be getting sick of me. But no!

Unlocator staff always responds quickly and they keep on it until the issue is resolved. So grateful for their help after many years.

I have been using this service for years. I HIGHLY recommend it! There are unavoidable disruptions due to the nature of the service, but they are always rectified quickly and customer support is great. If you are looking for this type of service, this is the most reliable available.

Have used Unlocator DNS service for years now and because of personal reasons, I decided to use their VPN service as well, everything with UnLocator is easy and seamless.

1. good customer service / polite and helpful

2. important thing = tv2.dk and dr1.dk cannot be viewed outside of danmark.

in the UK i try to load these pages, and nothing. they do not load. on ANY browser, tried all 4 main browsers.

i reported this months ago, they said ' we are fixing this '

still happening

Having considered several DNS service options, I chose Unlocator based on reviews, price and clear user interface. So far the service has performed perfectly on 3 devices without fail or any sign of buffering.

I wasn't expecting much of a response when I initially contacted support over a particular site not working when using a free trial but I was very pleasantly surprised with how helpful and determined their support staff were to resolve my problem. I'm now subscribed and very happy with the experience I had.

I’ve been a loyal Unlocator customer since 2018, but the service quality has really declined. Despite following all long winded instructions, it stopped working properly and caused issues across my devices.
Customer support was unhelpful and rigid and refused to offer even a partial refund as a commercial gesture despite years of loyalty and repeated problems. I’ve since switched to another VPN that worked instantly.i think that sadly Unlocator has now just fallen behind its competitors

The team is a pleasure to deal with. When something is not working all it takes is an email and when humanly possible it’s fixed the same day. Furthermore they are one of the few dns providers that works with South African apps such as DSTV as well as Showmax. Kudus to the team.

Have been using Unlocator for years to watch blacked out baseball games. Works well, simple to setup and great customer support.
