I was scheduled for ITIN zoom video call, 30 minutes later the host has not started the meeting, when i sent messages, all I get is "The team will reply as soon as they can" and they never replied.

Your company should hire competent and responsible employees! This guy named JOHN, your only customer support DELIBERATELY IGNORED my questions and he does not even acknowledge them! He responded with a canned message which is not even related to my inquiry! I have been having a hard time communicating and getting proper service from you but your employee is very incompetent! Or maybe you are all instructing him to ignore complaints? Just imagine this... my concern was brought to you last year in August and no update until this day! If your employee does not know what he's doing then better you guys respond to the customer rather than leaving them clueless! This is very disappointing!

Awesome and very, very agile service! They have been crystal clear about the best options, with pros and cons, and have great guides. The process was also really quick, and when I needed a document change because of a typo, it was done and sent back really fast.

Literally paid $400 to have to call IRS…
Literally paid $400 to have to call IRS and get my EIN myself... It also took over 4 months when the promised timeline was 14 days. I do not recommend this company.

I have paid for the Pro Plan in January! Soon there are 2 months now and the EIN and bank account are still not ready.
What's worse is they are impossible to reach. Even if they advertise they are offering Chat support for the Pro Plan, that's not true. You can write but they won't answer...
I regret choosing them.
