They make everything so easy!
New York State registration for the business too slightly longer than expected, but that was not within their control. Bank cards shipped quickly. Highly recommended

I have had a great experience with Jumpstart Filings so far. The staff have been extremely helpful. They also respond quickly to any queries one might have. They also take the time to explain any processes or procedures which you may not be familiar with. definitely a good option for non-residents who want to register a business in the US.

Amazing experience with Jumpstart, I've created two companies with Jumpstart since 2020, All I have to say is that they are very Helpful and professionnal.

Really good service. John helps me everytime

Setting up my LLC with them. So far customer service is great. John has explained me in detail about the pricing and also advised me pros about some of the options. They respond almost immediately and are customer centric. Felt like dealing with friends to get this incorporation done.

Their service is truly remarkable. Jumpstart provided everything as they promised. I was able to open Stripe and PayPal business account with their help. John, their Company Formation Specialist, was helping me by answering all my questions from the beginning. I had many questions, but he answered them all before and after I purchased their service. I just want to say thank you, John and Thank you, Jumpstart, for such an amazing service.

Very friendly person to deal with, he helped out step by step. I just have to wait a couple weeks to have everything set and active.

I bought a package including bank account opening. I understand that Jumpstart filing does not decide on behalf of the bank but I have paid for it. Jumpstart filing should either payback my money for that particular service or deliver on their promises. Therefore, As long as that is not yet done, they are lying. I hope most people are not suffering the same LIE.

As an international (non-resident) founder, I decided to use Jumpstart to help me get my EIN faster during the pandemic, instead of applying via fax and then waiting over 2 months to get the confirmation letter delivered by mail to the location overseas.
The entire service by Jumpstart was very straightforward and I really liked the communication with Grace. Definitely recommend.

I am at the initial stage of filing but still writing this review to appreciate the support received during the initial filing process. I had difficulty in uploading documents for 1 director and wanted to change my initial application itinerary. I mailed the details to support team and work was done within 24 hours.

An extremely f**ked up organization. The promises are all false. I started my registration process on 23rd Feb and they took more than 5 weeks to get my C-Corp registered and that too with different syntax than requested. They advertise 7-10 days but can't do nothing. Let me share the reply that they sent me when I asked about lateness of their services.

Look at their own email where they say that although the advertise but they are not responsible to make that happen blah blah.

I paid premium pricing for ITIN as well. This person (John from Jumpstart Filings LLC.) didn't even know that I applied and even paid for ITIN. Their portal has all the false information and they are always presenting excuses and lies.

The Mercury bank thing that they mention in this email had the same status last week. It's the same today. All they have written on their website is a lie. They charge up front and then they make you wait as you don't have any other option.

Lies. Excuses. False promises. Absurd customer service. False justifications.

Jumpstart Filings is a liar company that falsify promises. Let's have a look at their emails again. On their website they promise everything to be taken care of within days. When it actually comes to it, look at how they respond. They got paid almost 2 months in advance and still they haven't done anything except for C-Corp registration and that too with different syntax than requested.

Look at their ITIN email. I've paid for ITIN on 23rd Feb 2021 and still they don't know anything about it. In fact, they want me to send them proof of payment as they are that lazy to check their own records.
I would not recommend anybody to go to Jumpstart Filings. They are probably the worst nightmare that you'll ever get.

Don't go with Jumpstart Filings LLC. Choose a better company. I'm still waiting for ITIN and Ban Account.
