Definitely, the best company to file your business. My chat support person John was so professional he answered my every single question and I asked him multiple times about concerns he maintained his calm and bear with me all the time. I almost did 3 months of research and was so skeptical about trusting other companies but after chatting with him he did a great job and I am 100% satisfied with jumpstart filing. Good job guys.

This guy not paying my bill which they owe I have done web design services for this Company Ceo he contacted through Reddit to do changes for the website after all the changes he requested he is not paying my bill it's been two months I contact the support and all other way but he is not paying my $175 which he owed. He even threatened me after making many requests "Hey Ganesh, I do not need to take abuse from you regarding $175. You can wait for your invoice to be paid like everyone else. Real businesses run on Net30 terms. Google it if you’re not familiar. If there is anything negative posted about us anywhere I will personally ensure that this payment does not get to you and there are negative reviews about your business on every freelancer platform out there"

Its been two month till I did not get the payment.

It's cheating. I took service from them and they did not open a bank account for me. Not only that, We paid them another $ 150 for Apostille Documents. They didn't work. Has completely embezzled this payment.

Just started setting up my LLC with them. So far so good. John is really nice guy and very helpful with all of my pre-sales questions till the date.

I registered my LLC through jumpstart filings and they had used the wrong name for my EIN. I contacted the support about it in March and they told me they had reissued my EIN form and asked me to wait 4 weeks for it. It's been more than 16 weeks and I've been emailing them back and forth only to hear "you'll get it in 4 weeks" over and over again. I have canceled my subscription with them and I'm honestly so disappointed in their service. Poor customer support, does not care about their customers at all. All they want is a money-making business, that's all. I've switched to a different and much cheaper service that really cares about their customers. The support was a thousand times quicker than Jumpstart filings. What a disgrace.
