I was at a parking of Apcoa company. I looked to pay for it. This trueplay.digital mimicked Apcoa and sought first £0.8 to pay. It was my first time paying online for any parking ever. So I thought that's how it goes. Next I received £8.18 to pay. Then I realised it was scam! My parking fee was to be £4.70! I never approved this 2nd payment. I informed online banking to block it. Today is 3 days since and I just got notification they attempted to get £8.18. Luckily I have bank account that's always empty unless I am about to pay for something. So it got declined. Now it's to chase bank to ensure they are fully blocked. Scared if they can do ID fraud with the bank card details!?

I received an email to say I've signed up to this but I haven't signed up to anything and they're now going to take payment? anyone else had this problem.

This was supposed to be for car parking in the UK for 1.20 not 48 bloody euros what the f is going on

SCAM this is a scam company. Tried to pay for parking and this company took money for a ‘subscription’. AVOID!!

This company is a scam do not give them any money. I used a QR code on a parking machine in London and was then charged 32 British pounds for a subscription that I didn't want. I contacted them and they said they had cancelled my subscription but wouldn't refund the money and then within 10 minutes they tried to take more money out of my account. Luckily I had already stopped my card with the credit card company

It looks like a scam website. I paid to watch a football match, the money was taken, but it didn’t work. I tried to contact the support team, but it was nonexistent. Luckily, I paid with Revolut and blocked further payments because there was a subsequent charge I wasn’t informed about, but it couldn’t go through.

I had a transaction go off on my acc that was not called for and u would never recommend these ppl they take ur money lik they want to and when u ask for a refund then they not even try to help u dont evev give ur bank to these ppl.
