On a recent trip to Italy, we travelled from Milan to Bologna, Florence and Rome. Finding Italy somewhat expensive to eat out all the time, we were grateful to have apartments booked in a few of the cities. As part of our culinary trip, and for the love of cooking...we came across the Conad branches in all these major cities. The supermarket experience was beautiful with a wide range of exotic ingredients, delicious deli counter and large range of wines. I brought home some tasty olives and cheese too. We got fresh veg where we churned up plenty of meals and sampled some very cheap bottles of wine that were great tasting. Compared to the UK supermarkets, some ingredients were more expensive but overall a great shopping experience and a chance to eat like the locals.

Very oppressing visit at Conad, napoli central station, 8 of April, 14,26h. Since we
entred, a security glued on us and tightly followed each one of our steps. I gave him
a glimpse of curiosity, but he stared at me& my frend from a very short disturbing distance. I picked jar if coffee, but forgot for a creamer, for cheese and humus. I just felt
very uncomfirtable with this guy breathing on
my neck, staring on me, following every my
gesture, that I forgot what I vent there to buy. My friend checked the beer brand, holding the jar close to his shortsighing eyes
and security swiftly moved to him keeping a
finger distance. We'd rather to pay whatever
we took and go out quickly, out of his disgusting presence. We decided never more
to visit this particular shop.
Just bad feeling, but suggest nobody care.

Really bad quality electronics, I bought some headphones and they worked just fine when I tested them, but after a few days they automatically started lowering the volume. The shop declined a replacement or return because I did not save the box?! Should I save a box for 2 years for every product I buy? I will have to rent storage rooms just for the boxes.

Very racist store manager in Sarnico and unprofessional attitude

If I could give zero stars I would. Was shopping in the Salo branch o my to be approached by security to tell me I needed to leave as I had a backpack on. Nothing said to the woman walking round with large tote bags.

The conad branch in Napoli Centrale is full of thieves. I gave 50 euros to an employee and she lied and said I only gave her 10. The management lied and took her side even though the video footage showed I gave her 50. There is something rotten in that particular branch and management need to sort it out.
