The staff in the perfume shop at Peckham branch who goes by the name of Chris has been fantastic beyond words description. She is the reason I travel all the way to Peckham perfume shop because of her outstanding customer care. She deserves a credit for this. Well done Chris , keep it up

Just went in there and got served by a very nice women called kemi very nice patient girl while I was asking about the perfumes and then when I bought one got a gift such as a bag for the gym and some testers thank you so much for being so nice

India was absolutely amazing today! I walked in looking for a perfume for my wedding day and she went above and beyond, letting me test practically every scent in the shop until I found the perfect one. The experience was amazing and I’m so grateful for the amount of effort she went into helping me today. Thank you so much!

Jill was super nice and helpful. Listened to me and guided me based on budget.

Received my order today which was packed in a gift box. The contents were loose in the box and the inner packaging was damaged. Why anyone would expect this to arrive in tact through the post when the contents have not been secured in the box is beyond belief. I emailed The Perfume Shop shop, sent an image of the damages and requested a replacement cardboard inner. I heard nothing so tried their live chat which is just automated and not at all helpful, then saw a button which gives the option to talk to a human so I clicked on that. Received an automated response advising someone would be available shortly- then nothing! Rang the customer service number, again, another automated response which sends you round in circles. Appalling & very frustrating customer service.

Update - eventually heard from customer services, or should I say customer disservice. They can't possibly send any replacement packaging, I would have to send the whole gift set back which then takes 14 days to process before a replacement can be sent. Maybe you should try applying some common sense to your company policies and listen to your customers instead of giving robotic responses.

Cathy was very helpful with making a choice for my friend. She is incredibly funny and got at her job. Wish I could give a 100 star.
