How do we report this company to Trading Standards??? I’ve been scammed like ALL the other people reporting their experiences. Ordered 2 jackets. Quality was abysmal- sizing way off. Fobbed off same as everyone else. Paid £18 for tracked Royal Mail 3 weeks ago and surprise surprise still sitting in customs. Clearly address doesn’t exist. No reply to emails. Now to try claiming my credit card 😡😡

Scamp Company. Don’t be fooled by the use of UK in the company’s name. This company is operated from outside the Uk and when returning your item to a different country this company asks you to post the item using tracking. This will cost a lot of money and you will also have to pay much more for importing into that country. Additionally, the quality of the items are very much substandard and are totally fake items. Please please do NOT be tempted to shop with this scamp business. Your money will be wasted. Do not be fooled by their Website.

Same experiences as so many others. Cheap, small rag of a garment shipped from China. No resemblance to the advertised product. Requested a refund an was offered a 20% then a 40% refund. Customer service eventually provided a return address in the Netherlands. Return courier requested a contact number to ensure delivery but customer service advised they do not have a contact phone number (???). Scam company ripping off customers.

Dreadful, jacket took a month to arrive. No label whatsoever inside to indicate size or material which was paper thin for a wool trench coat. Size was way too small and not even comparable. Will not refund, sent back, but customs have kept it and want another €24 euros to release it. £80.00 down the pan. TOTAL SCAM. Coat is not even good enough to take to a charity shop

Ordered a hat for my Dad over three weeks ago. Have not received any item and they will not provide me with a refund either. They replied to my email at first and said this was being looked in to however now ignoring my emails. I want my refund and I want it ASAP. I suggest you complete this refund before this is took further.

I ordered a jacket which has a gilet/waistcoat under jacket as it looked nice. At £99.95 it looked a good deal.
I had no acknowledgment of my order at any stage and read the reviews.
I panicked and asked for my money back. Again, no response. I resigned myself to a bad deal.
Completely out of the blue, it arrived and it’s great!
I love wearing it.

Not even worth a star!!! AVOID , I went online at the start of January this year and came across The Men’s Room Uk to cut a long story short, it’s a SCAM!! I thought I had ordered my husband a lovely looking maroon padded jacket……. Well it arrived a few days ago, nothing like the picture, absolutely cheap sh..e !!!!! They offered me 15% refund and to keep the jacket, what a blinking cheek, I have contacted them and there totally ignoring me , will contact Trading Standards and my bank also………. Do not be fooled folks!!!

ZERO REVIEW - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Website suggests high quality products - they are not. What you get is plasticised clothes - they are such poor quality. They ship from China with the Netherlands as a front. They dont reply when you want to return something. Burn your money instead if you want to waste it

If only you could leave a zero review! Please avoid this company. They are crooks. It's all a sham. It says they are based in the Netherlands and the pictures and descriptions on the site are really enticing with one or two (what seen like great offers), but it is all false. The items are the worst that money can buy, nothing like the descriptions. They come from China and there is no way of returning your purchase or getting a refund. Charlatans, crooks, thieves, basically evil evil evil people, scamming people from their hard earned money. Avoid Avoid Avoid. How people like this can sleep at night, God only knows. Unfortunately our UK government departments and protections are in such a mess, there is no recourse. They are helpless. They can't even stop these people from trading and stealing from us. How sad! Don't blame yourself. The website is nice, and the reviews are no where to be seen until you check trustpilot which is something you don't automatically do. Spread the news, don't be scammed by these people. Stay away.

It's a scam. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. It is apparently coming from China, but was made out its a UK company. I should have read the reviews first.

If having the ability to get a refund or an exchange is crucial for you, think twice!

I am highly disappointed with them. As a Christmas present, I received a lovely jacket they sold, but it was too small.

Since then, the buyer and I have sent them several emails to try to get an exchange or refund. However, we have not heard from them for over three weeks.

The company does not provide any way of reaching them other than a contact form, which they either do not read or do not reply to.

SCAM!! AVOID!!
I CANNOT GIVE ZERO STARS. I SENT ITEM BACK AND THEY REFUSED IT TO AVOID REFUNDING!
QUALITY IS CRAP, SIZE IS FOR AN ACTION MAN NOT A HUMAN! DELIVERY TOOK 4 WEEKS. COULD HAVE DONE A SEWING COURSE IN THAT TIME AND COME UP WITH A BETTER COAT!

Cannot believe the reviews , why are trading standards still allowing this company to trade . Cannot get my money back has bought on my debit card .
This coat was for my Dad for my mums funeral next week , absolutely fuming , emailed them numerous times. Avoid !!!!!!

misguiding website. No indication on delivery dates

Fake site comes from China coat I got for my son was disgusting. Coat ain't worth a fiver let alone the 50 quid he payed for it and my son is autistic and thought he found a nice coat shame on this company

After three weeks have not received items so reading other review very worried that Items I bought will be poor quality. I will not be using again .

One star is too much! I ordered from this site as it looked very professional and I thought it was an official UK site. I received my items around 3-4 weeks after ordering them (Clearly Chinese) posing as UK site. The large sized items I ordered are equivalent to UK small at most!! There is no returns address in the website and I have attempted to contact them several times through their site but with no reply whatsoever. It’s a complete fraud and the site should be shut down!

Very misleading website. They make u believe it’s in England They ship from china ..and it takes over 3 weeks for delivery. Product isn’t up to scratch…I spoke to my bank for a refund which they said I can claim as after reading everyone’s reviews, I highly doubt ill be getting a refund

Complete scammers. I ordered a couple of tops just before Christmas, they did turn up on time however nothing like how they are advertised online. The quality and fit are extremely poor, there are no labels inside them. It's taken me almost 4 weeks to try and get an address to send them back to. They constantly email back with suggestions of a 20% 30% 40% refund, trying to bully me into keeping them. I declined all of those to the point where I managed to get the return address. Anybody wants this address please do let me know, it is in the Netherlands. Apparently. My gut feeling tells me that if I do send these back, I will never see my money or the items ever again. I've settled for a 50% refund, but this is now coming up to 2 weeks. All emails have gone quiet. I've told them that I will be leaving this honest review, but they are clearly not bothered. Avoid at all costs.
