Ordered cotton shirts. Got polyester and when need to return you will have to send it to china. Fake company. Don't order here.

The products do not look as shown the are very poor quality and their customers service is the worst I have every seen. The do not help. Worst ever not even worth a start

I ordered sunglasses from Charmingchaps, but what I received was shockingly bad. The frame was poorly finished, the lenses were damaged and not polarized as advertised. The promised microfiber cloth was also missing. Despite clearly stating my complaints, the company responded with a generic reply and offered little help. I would not recommend this company at all. Poor quality and misleading information—stay away!

It's a SCAM.
They do dropshipping from China and their products are very bad quality. There is no way to return. Their CS makes you waste time and then they tell you that the return period is over.

Don’t buy anything here! They are shipping cheap stuff from China! When you want to return the goods, it’s way too complicated and expensive.

No delivery, no response on email possible mail adres is not working. All the money gone. F..king scam

Stay away from this one. They send goods from China while not being transparent about it or mentioning it in their ads and website, which is against the law. When confronting them with this, they do not give you an answer on this matter. As more people stated, they will try to talk you out of returning the items you have ordered and will offer a discount to make up for it. They do not care that we write bad reviews: I told them I will share this experience, they did not reply. At the end, i had to take the 20% refund. A big scam. Charmingchaps: remember the name, don't say nobody warned you.

I wish I had Googled the website before I ordered because there are lots of bad reviews and mostly because people are experiencing the same thing I have. They sent you the wrong product from China. Then offer to give you 15% money back but you can keep the product. If you accept they have still made a profit. I am guessing a lot of people accept this to be done with it. They even say it's better for the environment, even though they are the ones dropshipping clothes from China. Had I known that this was a dropshipping website, I wouldn't have ordered at them to begin with. If you don't accept their offer, they then tell you that you have to pay for the product to be shipped back to China even though they are the ones that sent wrong articles in the first place.. Returning the item costs around 24 euro so no point. Currently in the process of doing a charge back on the creditcard because %^$% these scammers.

Dropshipping, items took a long time to be delivered, quality was bad and the wrong items were shipped.
After ordering I received an email that is would be shipped from the factory in China.

Do not order from this company! It is a Chinese company that pretends to sell from Amsterdam... disgraceful. I ordered loafers, got no mail when or how they arrived, finally in, still no mail that they were delivered. Loafers were too small, so I emailed if I could return them, to which I received reply with choice of 3 options. Either I return the loafers and pay part of the cost, I could trade them in, or try to wear them anyway. To this I replied that I really want to return the loafers. After maybe 5 mails, to this day I still do not get a reply back. Please do not order here!

bad quality from china or no delivery at all. return packages must be paid en delivered back in China, but you will never get any refund, only a new discount-offer. Information on the website about (refund-)policy and customer-service is incomplete and false.

I try to send something retour. On the website they promise it is possible, but in reality I can only get a discount of 15% on my next order. However, I just want to resend something, but I need to resend it to China.

The adress of the Company is a firm which is for hire. Charmingchaps is using an adress which doesn't belong to them!!!
And there is just no way to get a refund.
Just sell the clothes or bring them to a second-hand clothing store. They can still use the products.

I ask my money back, en they will not give you're money back... DON'T BUY you will lose you're money....

Biggest scam i have ever had. The qualitys of the items is the wurse u can expect.

If you want to return you have 3 options. Option 1 keep your items and get 30% money back that u will never recieve. Option 2 gift voucher that isnt working. Option 3 return those items back to China at your own costs.

Never buy something here.

Order placed - they credit your account - but you never receive an order confirmation.

No way to call them (that should have been a red flag), email only....blabla story about too many orders and thanking you for their trust. Yet they cannot give you an order # if you ask for it.

Not worth the trouble - very unreliable.
