Very very poor. Firstly, they said they ships with Royal Mail…it came from China and took nearly a month to arrive. The coat cost £60 but was clearly bought incredibly cheap from China. It felt very cheap and was made from cheap, hard, thin felt, the inside was just glued nylon, and ripped the first time I put it on. Avoid this company.

This Company does not ship from the UK and does not have any staff in the UK. I broke my own rules and ordered a jacket without checking reviews. My bad!!!!
When the jacket eventually arrived 4 weeks after the order, it was extremely low quality and about 4 sizes too small. I ordereded L = 116CM . Jacket received was actually 98 cm (even though it has a 3x XL label sewn inside).
I have requested the return form/shipping details twice now and no reply.
The website, order address suggests that they are in the UK- THEY ARE NOT. SHIPS FROM CHINA

If there was a way on this site to give less than 1 star, I would. Please avoid this company, they are truly awful. I ordered shoes that were very low quality and 2 sizes smaller than claimed. I also had a shirt that bore no resemblance to the online picture. After a long email exchange, I finally got them to accept a return and I sent it (at considerable expense) only for it to be returned me 5 months later by which time it was too late to make a claim with my credit card.

I ordered about a month but there zero update on anything? I don't understand! I am going to receive my order at all?

Absolutely shocking company, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Bought a jacket, arrived damaged and they messed me about. Offered 20% refund, then 30% refund finally 40% refund, to be posted back to them at my expense and only refunded once their QC had thoroughly examined the jacket. I had sent photos of the damage and videos opening the package. I requested a charge back by my bank, sent all evidence to them eventually got my full refund. The quality of their goods isn't great, that's if you actually receive anything. They're based in China but represent themselves as a uk based company. Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered.

Absolute Scam, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. Took ages for the sort I’d ordered to arrive. It was not what I had ordered, wrong size, and bad quality. I demanded a refund. I was told that I could have a partial refund and keep the shirt. I wanted a full refund so happy to return. The company insisted I send back in original packaging to China at my expense. I wasn’t prepared to do that and stated they pay for the return. Not my fault the product is rubbish. I’m still trying to get a refund. Should this company like the plague.

I ordered a coat for my son at Christmas which was too small. I emailed the company to ask for an exchange to a bigger size, they came back and said how about we offer you 20% refund and you keep the coat. I said no why would I. This went back and forth a couple of times for them to go up to 40% and keep the coat. I started to get a little nervous about this company and thought I dont think I want to send this coat back as I probably wont see another or refund so I decided to keep the coat and they agreed to give me 50% refund. Since then they have ghosted me. I have sent at least 6 emails asking when i should receive this refund only to get nothing back.
I will NEVER deal with this company again and I will be advising everybody else to stay clear.

They show a fake 4 star trust pilot rating.
They pretend to be UK company with Royal Mail delivery, 2-3 days stated in FAQ.
They don’t reply to emails (still waiting after 3 weeks.)
Order shows pending dispatch from China after a month.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans on the 9th January 2025 and Ive yet to receive them. Ive had no emails with updates and trackking is useless. THIS APPEARS TO BE A SCAM. STEER CLEAR

I ordered a jumper which looked great in the photos, when it arrived, from China, It was like a rag… I asked for a refund and offered to return the item, after some discussion they offered me a 20% refund and said I could keep the jumper… I refused and even though I keep following up, I’ve heard nothing a have received no refund. Avoid this site like the plaque… items are total rubbish and customer service is horrendous!

Ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago.
Still not received it.
Contacted their email address 5 times, no reply.
This site is a scam.

Do not use this company.
They do not reply to emails regarding refunds. Clothing quality is shoddy at best.
Avoid at all costs

I had an awful experience with The Men’s Room UK and feel completely scammed. I purchased a jacket at the beginning of December, which arrived mid-December. The item was of such poor quality that it was completely unwearable—cheaply made and unacceptable. I immediately contacted them to request a return and refund, but what followed was nothing short of a nightmare.

Instead of honoring their return policy, the company kept stalling and offering a partial refund, insisting I keep the item. They claimed this was better for the environment, but the quality of their product was so bad that it shouldn’t have been made in the first place. I finally returned the item, paying almost £17 out of pocket for shipping, only for them to stop responding altogether. I’ve been left out of pocket for almost £70 (£53 for the jacket and the return costs).

The back-and-forth dragged out for so long that they wasted the 30-day return period. Their customer service is atrocious, their products are laughably poor quality, and their supposed concern for the environment feels like a cynical excuse to avoid fulfilling their responsibilities.

Save yourself the frustration and money—steer clear of this company. I hope they are held accountable and shut down to prevent others from being scammed.

Waistcoats not great quality

I would give this company -10 stars if I could. Absolute scam and waste of time! A Christmas present that arrived weeks late, only to find the item nothing like the picture advertised and of the LOWEST quality. I emailed multiple times only to be offered different % refunds, until I demanded a full refund… of course the way they got round this was asking for a tracked parcel which cost 1/3 of the cost of the item, THEN to be asked to pay the custom fee which cost 1/2 the items cost. Disgusting company, please stay well clear from it! With any luck, I may receive £6 back from the total I’ve paid.

I ordered from this terrible company deliver was very late, when I got my jackets on 2 different delivery days they were awful and the stitching was out I tried to complain with no response until 3/4 days later and this went on for a couple of weeks especially when I asked for a returns form I had no chance once I'd seen the reviews on the returns.
But I did get my money back because I was not going to let the win I just contacted my credit card company and asked them to stop the charge and recalled the money back which I received.

Well well well, I’m just adding to all the negative reviews. DO NOT waste your time or money on these people. I’ve had a similar experience, order took forever to arrive, too small and not even what I ordered! Won’t bother asking for a refund (for obvious reasons) I once bitten twice shy. IT’S A SCAM!

How am I so stupid...........
Of course this lot are a Chinese business masquerading as a European company. Yes, it's completely wrong on all levels and they trade through the "SHOP" app which is also questionable given how many Chinese sellers they represent. Everything is made so completely difficult to deal with the sellers, it's like an extra layer to get through. However, I would say that when shopping on the internet, maybe we should all research the sellers a little better when paying out money to them to check. There's nothing worse than a Chinese seller of clothing as Chinese sizes are a law unto themselves. I bought 2 gilets, one Large and one XL.
After 3-4 weeks they've finally shown up and my god, I think they're childrens sizes L and XL........
Knowing this is a Chinese seller, there's no chance of getting my money back at all so basically I've spunked £35 away for nothing.........
Whilst I blame this company, I also shoulder some of the blame myself as it was the design I went for specifically and had I been able to get what I thought I was getting from a more reputable source ie. an English trading company, I'd have gone with that, even if it were more money.
If anyone reads this, then I implore you to stay away from this business unless you can read through all the reviews and still think it's worth it but trust me, the moment you spend your money with this business, you may as well say good bye to it as you won't get what you think you ordered.
If there are any positive reviews on here, I am pretty certain they'll be completely fake.

Item was cheaply made and not fit for purpose.
Return was impossible.
Address is apparently based in Netherlands.
I paid for tracked and signed for the return and the refused it and it got sent back to me.
They now won't respond to emails.
