If I could give a negative score I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I purchased an item for my husband for his birthday, it arrived much later than promised. I was unaware that it would be coming direct from China and would not have ordered had I have known this. The item finally arrived but is nothing like the photo on their website! It's awful! I emailed them to arrange a return and a refund. But was fobbed off with promises of a 40% refund but not return item, supposedly fir environmental reasons! No refund ever appeared and no reply when I chased my refund.

One star is too many!
The company have not responded to any emails from me, apart from the dodgy tracking link.
I’ve enjoyed sending hundreds of emails to them daily. I suggest everyone else does likewise

If they haven't got the right size they cut the label out and send you the wrong size. When you try to return it (because they've sent the wrong size and it's faulty because they cut the label out) they expect you to send it all the way back to the Netherlands at your own expense, it's also really rubbish quality - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Don't ask paypal to intervene either they're just as bad

An absolute ripoff, they do not respond to emails having ordered four roll neck jumpers and received nothing, no response. DO NOT USE

This is absolutely definitely a scam site

- False advertising of products - what you get is not what is pictured
- Poor quality products
- Mis representation of the trust pilot reviews
- Ships from china (it’s not a uk site) - takes ages to arrive
- No response to request to return items (at your own expense)

Avoid! Danger! Mensroomuk is a fake company doing scam to so many victims. They should get zero! We as victims should report and fight back via legal means.

-They sent a crap item from China and it took 3-4 weeks to arrive. It does not look like the pic on their website at all. It doesn't fit and the material is rubbish.
- It is a Chinese company with registered address in Netherlands. They use this tactics to avoid the governance and regulations from China and can keep their money overseas either in UK or Europe or somewhere tax haven.
- Took ages to negotiate a return. They demanded "the product must be delivered in its original packaging," otherwise there is no refund.
- Return address: Capitool 10, 7521 PL Enschede, Overijssel, Netherlands.
- We as victims must report them to British, Dutch and Chinese government for their unlawful business practices. We should all get together as group victims to file a group class lawsuit against this scam company, to stop it from keeping cheating other people.

I guess I must join the ever increasing list of people fooled by this company.
Thought I was buying from a uk based business but looks as though this is another clever scam by a Chinese company.
Paid for the items on 7/1/25 and am still waiting yet their site gives the impression that it should take about 5-7 days

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering! My husband sent me a link to a jacket he liked & asked for it for his birthday. When it didn't arrive, I checked the tracking and was alarmed to see that it seemed to be coming from China! The company responded to my email refusing to cancel the order & blaming the delivery provider, assuring me it would be delivered within the week. Here we are a week later, no jacket & no refund!
Definitely seems to be a scam!

Trustpilot - this is a business where a zero out of 5 rating option is required as they are ripping every customer off with horrendous quality items. They state free returns but then quote a stupid amount for return shipping.

I managed to only agree 40% of my original fee back accompanied by a note that they would ‘rather do this than accept returns to save the planet’. They also said I could ‘make someone happy by gifting my shirt to them’. Frankly I wouldn’t put it in the dog basket. Quality was so poor.

The images they used for the shirt were taken from Capo website so a case of false advertising right there.

This company popped up on Instagram. There should be a duty of care from Meta to prevent people being scammed.

Back to Trustpilot. Mensroom is falsely advertising an incorrect Trustpilot score on their website. Please do something to take this down if you can.

I would score them zero “0” if it was an option. It’s worse than a scam - daylight robbery is what it is! I placed an order for a Parka Jacket on 18 September 2024 and have still not received my order to date (21 January 2025). I haven’t received a single response to the numerous email follow-ups I’ve sent. They also won’t even acknowledge my request for a refund since they are clearly unable to process my order. There needs to be some form of regulation in place to protect innocent customers, spending their hard earned money, from fraudulent companies like The Men’s Room UK.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. IT’S A SCAM!

I ordered some “black Levi’s” weeks ago and they finally arrived yesterday. Basically I received a black pair of baggy jeans, definitely not Levi’s, no labels in or outside and there was evidence of a label having been cut out. They are not even the correct size I ordered and are way too big. All I can describe these jeans as are horrendous, they are not fit for purpose and have gone straight in the bin. I should have read the reviews beforehand. No point trying to send these back as having read the comments on here, they make it very difficult and I am not putting myself through the stress. BUT rest assured this is the first and last time I will ever look at this site.

Absolute bunch of charlatans. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. I'm now 3 weeks into waiting for my £100 order, which as someone else has mentioned is allegedly being shipped from China. If it ever turns up I know it will be shit quality. Impossible to contact them and get any response whatsoever.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced!
Order was not shipped and delivered as described - took weeks to arrive from China - website does not state this, in fact gives the impression of a UK based clothing company.
On arrival the boots that were described as Premium Leather......are in fact cheap plastic.
No clear directions to return items......which will be at MY cost....................my advice would be to steer well clear of this deceitful site. I will be chasing up with Trading Standards.

So bad they didn’t refund me I spent 15 pounds to refund it back to them then they didn’t accept the refund it’s a waste of money the quality of my filet was absoulutely awful and they also sent me the wrong size do not buy from here worst possible place to buy from

I never write reviews, but I had a particularly horrible experience with company. My order shipped from China, which I had no knowledge about and would not have placed an order if i knew about this prior. I have still not received my order after such a long time. It has been forever. I have tried contacting them multiple times and no response. Such a shame. DO NOT ORDER from them.

Do not use at all brought a coat on the 7th of dec and didn’t come till the 4th Jan. tags had been cut out and coat was way to small. Emailed on several occasions was offered 30%off coat which I didn’t want as coat is unwearable. Emailed time after time and got nothing back from them. They should be reported. I will be taking it higher as I no my rights

I ordered a top for my husbands birthday. It arrived crumpled up in a plastic bag. I have never seen such shite quality. I wouldn’t put this on a scarecrow. Very disappointed that I fell for this. Don’t go near these rip off merchants.

Seems I'm not the only one scammed on here, eventually offered a 40% refund and when I refused they said i can have a full refund but have to return it to the Netherlands! So much for the environment! There must be a law against this?

Took three weeks to arrive from china and is absolutely terrible quality. I knew £20 was too good to be true for a gillett!
Bad stitching and awful thin material used. I might as well just put an extra T-shirt on to keep me warm. Nothing like it is shown in the pictures.
I would return it but I know it will take weeks to get a refund and I won’t get all my money back anyway. Was going to throw it straight in the bin but will take it to a charity shop although I’m not sure they will even take it.
They show fake trust pilot reviews on there website that when you try and click on them they don’t work.

Wished I had read the reviews prior to purchasing.

- Took ages to arrive - too late for when needed.
- Shipped from China - did not know this prior otherwise would not have ordered. No mention of this on the website.
- Returns policy non insistent. Email for returns form. Form doesn’t exist.
- Ages to return emails
- Numerous emails doing everything to avoid a return from Jen, offering numerous offers of different percentages of discount and to ‘ help the planet in avoiding unnecessary air travel’
- Return address in Netherlands
- Now awaiting refund which I expect to not arrive.
- Caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

A company like this should not be allowed to trade. Will report.
