Very happy with how fast suff arrived

The bundle hook package was ok, the brand and quality were very good, unfortunately all packs were barbless.

This is a great company, they always have offers on and everything comes quickly. I buy carp stuff and bait from them and no issues at all. Highly recommended and real value!

Received before the date it was due

Ordered a bivvy from their website, the add did not say it was used or demo, I was excited to get the new bivvy. When it arrived the carry bag had holes and rips in, once opening the bivvy it was clear it was a used bivvy the connecting poles all have damage with paint peeling or some slightly dented, the pegs all muddy and used. I contacted the shop and they said I had mistakenly been sent a demo but do not have any new ones to have so offered £30 store credit. Terrible when you order something new and they attempt to send you a used bivvy as a new one.

A fantastic company to deal with. On one occasion i stupidly selected barbed hooks as part of a large order. I emailed customer services straight after (7pm on a Friday night) and promptly received a reply saving that it would be amended (order ref 14701). Sure enough a few days later the correct order dropped through my letterbox. On another occasion I emailed a query about a product and received a reply on a Saturday night. Never had a late delivery or an incorrect product.

Unsure why this company comes up on scam adviser but the deal was too good not to try and as you can pay with PayPal I knew I would be covered.
Items ordered were shipped the following day on a 48 hour delivery service and tracking sent to my email address. Items turned up well packed and on time. Will definitely use again
