• the most tricky part is to getting the exact angle of the nozzle to get the wind, it’s quite precise not that much room to wiggle. Like if I lay down on my bed and and if I sit on my bed to watch tv I have to adjust the nozzle up to get the wind to hit me. But overall it’s good, it worked no setup whatsoever, plugg it in and turn on, that’s all.

I tried to cancel my order within 1/2 hour of ordering because my neice said this wouldn't work for her. I immediately called US customer service in Utah and left a message to cancel the order and why. Their message said they would get right back to me. Now I have left 3 messages and send an email to Australia as well as the US email address provided by the company with no response from any of these. The product has excellent reviews which is why I ordered it so my reason for canceling has nothing to do with product dissatisfaction it's all to do with customer service dissatisfaction. It's now been 2 hours of trying to reach anyone to help me cancel this order with no success but I did get an email almost immediately saying they received my order and would be processing it in 3 to 5 days. That happened very quickly. I am very disappointed in the customer service of your company and would be leary of ordering what I have heard are wonderful products in future. I still hope to hear from you about my cancelation request.

Its ok, fast delivery

I just received the Coolzy 2 days ago and tested it out last night. The good news is that it actually cools down your personal space pretty well. You can definitely feel the cool air blowing on you. The bad is that it warms up the rest of the room fairly significantly. I have a large bedroom with 10-foot-high ceilings, so I thought the hot air would dissipate much better than it did. I will use this product because it does work. I slept fairly well while using it. I'll just leave my bedroom door slightly open and see if that dissipates some of the warm air. Overall, the product is very user friendly. No problems with set up or directions. On another note, the shipping and ordering process was very fast. I would have given 5 stars if the rest of the room didn't get so warm.

Update:
After leaving bedroom door slightly open, a fairly significant amount of the warm air does escape the room. Sleeping very comfortable now with this unit. You just have to make sure that when unit is running the cool airflow cover is pointed right at you and isn't blowing over you or blowing too low. My bed is kind of high, so I put the unit up on a stand with good results.

Looking forward to receiving this innovative product! Will be using it for a small space, hoping it can handle Houston Heat! I know it has limitations but I only need to be cool in one small area.

Zero points for customer service -
This company did not honour their warranty obligations. The Coolzy aircon worked okay for a few months then it broke down. Then the hassles started right away, the manufacturer and retailer kept pointing at each other for warranty, keep sending me in circles. It was ridiculous and totally unprofessional from them. - - Then AFTER 5 MONTHS WAIT somebody (an unqualified person) did some tests on the unit - unrelated to what was actually wrong with it, then they declared it okay, working, fixed! No repair! - - By that time the next summer had arrived and i was forced to buy anotner airconditioner (a different brand of course!), because of the heat I couldn't wait any longer for repairs. Whenever i tried to follow up the issue, the phone calls weren't answered, nobody ever called back and every time I had to send several emails to get one reply. All correspondence was signed by them as "Coolzy", no person in charge it seems. As if it was a deserted office. It is not worth dealing with this company, the unit is not good and customer service is minus zero. Don't bother, look somewhere else to get value and save the running around. At the end i am out of pocket $900 with the faulty aircon and the now useless accessories that i bought with it. Nobody ever offered any sort of compensation. This is totally unacceptable and they better go out of business with this kind of attitude.

Took some time (due to travel) to finally get the unit set up. Set up was very easy, product is well-designed and it works great! I have tried several other things to bring cool air to a larger room and this is so much better than anything else AND it doesn’t need venting or emptying! Great product!

I'm ready to comment on my Coolzy Pro experience. My utility bill arrived today. I kept my Coolzy plugged in completely on my house's electricity during a series of heat waves. Even though I have a Solar generator with Solar Panels to independently power it completely off grid available for full use. I wanted to see how cheap it is to run it on the Los Angeles.Dept.Of Water & Power's own grid for 100% of the time.

I'm a nutshell....It worked perfectly as I envisioned it & as advertised. The electricity actually used was miniscule. And I was completely protected by the soft micro climate "shield" blanket the Coolzy gently created & then blew over me. As long and as much as I want it on me.

In it's way, it was like a central air conditioner. The gentle coolness circulates around and over ME, rather than being concentrated on just the larger area and I'm just some sort of a byproduct. I like that feature option the most.

Just as long as one keeps the target (a living body or 2), firmly in mind rather than too much emphasis on cooling so much empty space anyway, the Coolzy will be a good addition to your household cooling options. Plus being ultra portable, it can follow you most everywhere you choose to take it.

For that reason, I think people on limited budgets-like I am on the US Social Security pension-should strongly consider this little air conditioner. I can handle, even pick it up myself. Try to do this with most other air conditioners! It can be used ventless! Although I do use a small fan to blow the warm air exhaust to where I want it to go.

The remote doesn't turn the unit on or off. It does not cool one corner of a small room. It does need to be vented out a window or door. It blows more hot air out the back than cool air out the front. I can only imagine this overpriced craptastic unit working almost decently if you are using the tent option. Complete waste of money! Requires venting!

It’s been 10 days and I have received no shipping updates at all. Tried calling support during business hours for clarity and get no answer - straight to an answering machine. Honestly wondering if I got scammed.

*****In response to the first reply - that shipping number was not provided to me earlier, and also is not found. I have also checked my email multiple times and have not received any communication other than the first tracking number that didn’t work. I also have no emails in my inbox, junk, or deleted items and even marked the first sender as safe. I would just like some clarity as I still have no idea if it will arrive before the next heatwave.

It's not working like I thought I would. The remote doesn't work, I tryd to use the KED panel to set the air temperature no luck, I'm not happy with the product at this point and I just got it today, very disappointing.

The unit just stopped working after 3 months. It has power to it but it is completely dead. I reached out to support who asked me to confirm there is power to the unit - there is (I tried multiple outlets and there is a green light on the power cord indicating it has power). After I told support that, they have failed to respond. I would avoid buying this product as it clearly is not reliable and stops working and support is non existent.

Received in 4 business days and the unit works great as we hoped.

Update/edit. Coolzy doesn't seem to have any sort of return policy. I purchased the product with the intention of using it as advertised, but it turned out to not suit my needs, it just didn't work out and it happens sometimes with products, we have all experienced this. I have been talking with the company and they flat out do not entertain any returns and are unwilling to work with me in any way. Their only solution was to try and up-sell me more products for a machine that simply isn't working out like I initially hoped. In one of their emails they told me that they don't do refunds for the USA. So I would highly recommend reading other guides, reviews carefully before you invest in this product that you may potentially have to keep regardless. I really wish they had a little more mercy and leniency when it comes to customer returns.

I found the Coolzy Pro to be an innovative product that does what it promises. For my use in an apartment where I’m unable to use a window unit, this turned out to be a near-ideal solution, especially considering that it can be easily moved from room to room. Unlike a split unit, there’s no need to connect an exhaust hose to a window, so you can place it anywhere you want to keep cool.

It’s important to note that this is, as the company insists, a personal air conditioner, meaning that it cools people in a room rather than the entire room. If you’re working, say, at a desk, then you can point it at your desk chair and it will keep you nice and cool. If you’re sleeping, you can direct the airstream just above the bed and it will keep you plenty cool. When you turn it off, the room will be hot again—and then you’ll notice just how effectively it kept you cool the whole time. The airstream is noticeably real air conditioning and much cooler than a fan, though the farther away you place it, the less cool the airstream will be.

I did order the short tail, though in retrospect I’m not sure I really need it. When extended, it tends to sink from the weight of the tip, though when compressed you can indeed point the exhaust in the direction you want. Personally, I prefer using the AC unit without the tail. It’s more straightforward to use without it.

I did experience an issue in which the AC unit lost contact with the remote and failed to regain the connection for some reason. I emailed customer service in Australia. They were responsive (Mon.-Fri.) and quickly sent me a replacement unit that so far has worked perfectly.

As long as you have realistic expectations, understand the purpose and use cases of this device, and don’t expect it to replace a powerful split unit for cooling a whole apartment or house, then this personal, portable AC unit may well be a great choice for you too. Within its design parameters I’ve found it to be effective at keeping me cool while I work and sleep. It’s pretty quiet too, especially at its low setting. For my relatively modest application, the Coolzy proved to be the best available, least complicated solution.
