Customer service.

When something goes wrong eg missing items on the order the response is first class.
Good to know customer service is top class for the rare occasion it's needed .
No quibbling and excuses just good straight forward dealing with the problem.

Unfortunately one of the items on my order was no longer available but an acceptable alternative was offered immediately. Being of the elder generation, I found it very refreshing to receive communication from Scott, via email that was a credit to your company. Properly worded and no abreviations or emoji's. Thank you.
