Late delivery outcome
I placed an order with them and waited when my item never arrived in the expected time ,I got in touch with them via email asking about delay!
They promptly replied explaining that they were really busy but assured me that they would look into my order for me.
Within 1 hour I received a notification that my order will be sent out via royal mail and I received my order two days later.
I can't say a bad word about them very apologetic and quick to sort out the delivery I will use them again.

A complete con. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I paid for an item pictured but they sent me something NOT in the picture. In the small print the photo was for 'illustration purposes only'.
How can you use a picture to sell something when it is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRODUCT.

Hi Greg, I'm guessing on your order here as you've left no details on what you bought. However, if I am correct then the title of the product and description you have purchased is 100% accurate. Photos are often supplied to show what the product you're buying is compatible with.
On this listing there is also and option to select the size of arm. And it clearly states 'arm only' in brackets. I'm not sure how we can be more clear.
