Great product quality, promptly shipped, well-packaged. Vendor rebated part of my shipping as it was unusually high which impressed me as there are many out there getting rich on excessive shipping and handling.

This isn't my first purchase from Epicenter nor will it be my last. Super fast shipping and I never have to worry that they didn't pack the shipment properly. I can't say anything about their customer service because, frankly, I've never had a problem with them. Based on their communication with me just during the ordering and shipping process I am confident that their customer service would be a positive process.

Got everything in a timely manner and everything was in great shape and even got some freebies presumably from being a first - time customer. Overall, I would rate it five stars and would not hesitate to order again and to recommend TheEpicenter.com.

The Mountain House meal prices are exceptional and the shipment arrived early. Even opening the box and seeing the care that went into packaging assured me of the quality business the epicenter runs

Good product, good price, fast fulfillment. I'll admit up front that I did not do the research to verify this, but the shipping seemed quite high considering the size and weight of the package. I believe I was charged $16 on a $30 order for a box weighing 5 lbs., and measuring 16x7x10. Granted they did have to ship completely cross country, so it may be accurate. They included a couple samples which was nice!

Overall, good experience, and I will definitely order again.

I was wowed by the variety of foods available (I have purchased from other sites). Also, the customer service is impeccable. I haven't tried the food yet because I am saving it for emergencies, but I intend to buy more in the next few months to add to my hoard. Thanks for everything.

I ordered 24 chemical MRE heaters and a 12 pack of MRE heater compatible beverage bags. The Price was good and delivery speed was great. However, I'm not 100% sure of the quality of the heaters. The results of using them to heat 8 ounces of water for MRE instant coffee were inconsistent. There were also some inconsistencies in conditions of use so I wouldn't discount their efficacy entirely but, at best, my coffee was only ever quite warm a couple times and usually only tepid.
I would still recommend them as a good alternative to lugging a stove around and they supplemented my MRE included heaters quite well.

My first order with Epicenter. Bought ~90 bags of Mountain House and needed some assistance with shipping. Called early on morning and spoke with the warehouse manager. She was wonderful and helped assure my boxes where shipped as I desired. Everything arrived very well packed and in mint condition. This transaction was smooth as silk. I'm a fan and will be back for more.

I've been quite satisfied with all of my Epicenter orders. Their menu for emergency food supplies is much more diverse than local stores and some other websites, and their prices are always lower than at the local shops. I would highly recommend these folks if you're in the market for emergency food storage.

I purchased a variety Mountain House breakfast and dinner meals and MREs. The 2.5 cup serving sizes are plenty for two 70 year olds and one
30 pound dog, and are tasty. MREs were just cubed chicken to add to the meals....and they are OK. So far we like the products and dealing with Epicenter was great. I purchased these products during September Preparedness Month and received a discount. Mountain House also had a buy one meal and get one free with a mail in rebate.
I will continue to stock our BUG OUT cabinet as time goes by...this is a new endeavor for me. I certainly will use Epicenter again. I feel the videos on their website are a must see. The prices are great, my order was 100% correct and delivered quickly. I am very pleased.
