Outstanding service.I used my own cotton swabs (earbuds) to save time. Mailed them Monday, got an email confirmation they'd arrived at the lab on Wednesday, and had my full results by Wednesday afternoon, the following week. Five days total (Only counting business days), with clear communication at every step. The results were detailed and easy to understand. Could not ask for a better, faster, or more transparent process. Highly recommend EasyDNA for urgent needs.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Total scammed they took 5k for no services rendered and now want another 5k. Don't go near them.

easy dna employees are not only medically untrained but tampered with the package i have no idea what or where my hair is being taken and i was mutalated with a blade no sanitary tools i have my scalp sliced with a dirty blade 20cm / 20cm bald spots from Coster Mkogeni who states he is a nurse and my Dr was shocked and disgusted by the inhumane treatment of which i then got a infection and now hospitalized, im going to be making a legal case against easy dna and their staff promoting their medical care and professionals . all the dr have confirmed this was not done by a medical trained person

This company can't locate my sample which is going on 2 months old now and they are refusing to refund me or to provide a tracking number for my sample. Everytime I follow up I am told another lie and I have now handed it over to an attorney. Easydna does not even comply with the law.

Their selling point is results in 5 - 7 days, two weeks later still no results, no update communication, they communicate only when you reach out and to keep pushing the date further. I’m annoyed as the only reason was because I needed the results ASAP, however I obviously fell for the false advertising

They are a great company. I did the GPS origins DNA test, and the results were very interesting! I would definitely recommend doing this test and doing it through them! I got my results back after 3 weeks.
